I wanted to share my recent experience with a refurbished MacBook Pro that i purchased from Best Buy. Unfortunately, the laptop stopped working within 2 months of use. Following Best Buy's recommendation, i took the laptop to Apple for repair, but they denied servicing it because third party components had been installed.
Best Buy refused to offer any help or assistance with the issue. Horrible customer service, i would strongly advise against purchasing any products from Best buy
