So many people buy online. But if you want to see the tv in person before you buy it there's no better place. Every tv manufacturer on site. Great selection
Walked in expecting to purchase 3 tvs. Left with nothing. No one was interested in helping just standing around. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Mind you one tv alone was over $3k the others I had not picked out yet. I’ll try mayfield if they fail I’ll just not use my Best Buy card and pay cash. What a joke. I run a few companies this is just a joke.

Staff was amazing got me in and out quickly helped me get through that process. Staff is knowledgeable and charming. Isiah got me to what I wanted instantly. Thanks team.
I spent some valuable time on August 3 browsing through the 55” used TV selection before picking up an online order. There were only three used 55” TVs to choose from. When I tried purchasing an open box 55” TCL TV for $249.99 as advertised by the TCL 55” placard that was sitting on top of the box, the cashier scanned the box, it rang up around used at about $649. There were other brand new TCLs around the same $250-$300 price point.
The associate spoke to manager and they said they wouldn’t sell it for that price and only offered a little less. This was out of my budget range.
Talk about embarrassing and a waste of time, I walked out with no TV with my head hung low.
