Was scheduled to install 75 inch tv with all the bells and whistles waited 12 hour window no show no updates very poor customer service Best Buy is really going down will never go there again and will pass on my experience terrible
This year's Geek Squad experience has been SO HORRIBLE I would give it a zero instead of a 1! They sent a TV installer to our home last Wednesday to do a Windows 11 install on our new HP Computer. He Is NOT a PC Expert. He installs TVs mostly. Brusque demeanor is being kind. After he left we've had all sorts of issues with our printer, photos, keyboard - you name it.
We asked for a re-do and they scheduled us WITH THE SAME TECH that screwed everything up! We complained at the Store and on the 1-800 number but NOTHING has changed. They charged us $200 to come to our house and screw up our systems. We will be looking for a refund and will be hiring local PC talent to clean this up. Don't waste your time or money on the Mentor based Geek Squad. Did I mention HORRIBLE?!
