False advertising and misleading customers.
I have experienced the worst customer support with Best Buy. In addition to that they are false advertising sales and promotions products that are not on sale when you go there. I drove 1 hour to get to best buy and purchase an espresso machine I’ve been waiting for so long to go on sale, and very easy they told me it is not on sale. The ad is still up as of March 24, 2025 and misleading so many other people like me.
Also, the estimated delivery date for my washer and dryer changed so many times until after 2 months I finally canceled my order.
