Had a computer custom built from them, worked for maybe 6 months and now it's shit. They want to charge me $100 just to see what's wrong, hold the computer for the same part (which could be taken off the shelf) to come from the manufacturer and charge me for labor. The computer was 2k. I will never be purchasing another computer from these scam artists.
