Ordered washer and purchased washer and dryer 12-28-24. Item was in stock. Paid for it 12-28-24 scheduled delivery for 2-16-25. Day of delivery driver calls and says we won’t come today. Someone will be calling you to reschedule. 5 days later no phone call back, no idea when we will receive, and several calls to customer service with no answers from anyone. Overall this has been a complete nightmare working with Best Buy and would highly encourage people to go anywhere other than the Sioux Falls Best Buy for any appliance purchase as they are even unable to schedule a delivery or make a call back in 5 days to update. Extremely disappointed.

I went in to look at laptops. The store was great! Helped me decide very quickly.
