Bought a stand up insigna deep freezer less than 3 years ago out of no where it stops working; we had also purchased the 3 year warranty. After loosing hundreds of dollars in meat we had to bring the freezer 30 miles back into town to be told they would ship it to Chicago and we are now left without a replacement freezer and have just been told to wait.
DO NOT PURCHASE the warranty and take your business elsewhere, Costco Home Depot you name it has better customer service and stands behind their warranty Best Buy does not such a waste of time and money.

I was trying to return something that had passed the expiration date of returns by one day and all I wanna do is talk to a store manager. you cannot call them over the phone. You actually have to go to the store because their local branch does not take phone calls. I have no complaints about the products but I am disappointed that I have to go in to see if I can return something instead of just placing a call like every other local business in town allows.

I came in and was greeted very quickly. I was asked what I needed help with and directed right to the area and an expert who could assist me. The only detraction from my visit was an older woman who was very upset and yelling at the employees over an open-box TV. She told anyone who walked near her that she just wanted a TV and that the employees were not willing to assist her. When she was finally given what she wanted after throwing a tantrum, as she was leaving and I was walking out, she said some rather inappropriate things about some of the employees. Again, the rest of my time and experience was amazing, and the employees did everything they could to help me!

We bought a TV, open box. Specifically asked the salesman if everything was in the box. He looked at the tag and said yes. We drove 90 miles to get it, got home to set it up and there was NO power cord!! Asked to talk a manager, it took 3 phone calls and waiting 30 minutes at the store to get a manager!! Never shopping here again!!!!
