The cashier earlier today was really nice to me. The black guy with the glasses. Super friendly. Very clean store. Also, the old guy who greeted me helped me find what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the holidays for a PS5, unless it’s like freezing or something.
We had a great experience getting my daughter a Macbook for college. We dealt with Zuriel, and he gave us great advice. Super personable. Highly recommend dealing with him at the store in Sioux Falls on 41st street.
I waited 45 minutes for assistance after a guy asked if I needed help with security cameras. After 20 minutes, another guy said he would get someone to help me. I waited, but no one came. I guess my money wasn't good enough for them so I left. Terrible service just Terrible.
I went to Geek Squad because my laptop would not power up. J T waited on me and brought my laptop to the back room and got it to power up. Then I erroneously went to talk to the router pros. I realized That I would be away from the area traveling, so purchasing a new router from Nate wouldn't be prudent. But helped me figure out why Midco wasn't managing my Vivint security system well by downloading the Midco app. I was getting hits from the Netherlands trying to sign into my system. Midco pointed their fingers at my Vivint security system and Vivint pointed their fingers at Midco. Meanwhile, Nate asked me to change my passwords to curb the foreign countries attempted sign on to my system
Next day my computer would not power up. Best Buy does not sell laptop batteries. They sent me to Batteries Plus who also did not carry the zenbook battery. So I purchased online from New Egg
