I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Sales in Brea. I’ve been a customer for a while now, and their customer service has been consistently excellent throughout the years.
One of the things I love the most is how they design their space. The showroom designs are truly inspiring and give you a real sense of how the appliances will look in a home setting. It’s so much more helpful than just seeing things on a shelf.
One a recent visit, I noticed they just got new floors done, and the difference is incredible-the whole store looks 10 times brighter than my first visit last year! It makes the shopping experience even more enjoyable and makes the products really pop.
Beyond the aesthetics the staff is absolutely knowledgeable. They don’t just sell appliances; they take the time to understand your specific needs. Compare features clearly, and offer advice that genuinely helps you make the best decision for your home and budget.
