My 98 year old mother’s refrigerator stopped working and we ordered a new lg from pacific. A delivery was scheduled for Friday between 11 and 3. No one showed up. No information the whole day as we all waited around. On calls we were repeatedly told they could not access the system to let us know what was happening. Meanwhile, all the food from the non-working refrigerator was on the floor to hasten transfer. Today we are told there is a new date for delivery: next Tuesday between 7 am and 7 pm. Completely unacceptable…..
I cannot believe here next week and my mom will need to handle on her own.
