Pacific Sales has become my go-to for appliances. They have a great selection, fair pricing, and I’ve always had a good experience with their service. Adrianna has helped me with my refrigerator, washer and dryer, and most recently a dishwasher. She always seems to recommend exactly what fits my needs. I usually go home and compare models and prices myself, and I somehow end up coming back to the one she recommended. Delivery, installation, and haul-away have also been easy to coordinate, and customer service has always been responsive. I’ve shopped around, but I keep coming back because the prices are competitive and the service is consistently reliable.

We have worked with Pacific Sales on several occasions over the years and have found them to be helpful and honest about their products. Jacqueline Hermann was particularly helpful with her insight and keen design eye on plumbing items and was able to address an issue, keeping us appraised of the situation. Similarly Phil gave us excellent advice and insight on appliances, helping us select what was best for our needs.

Jackie is a very knowledgeable specialist and creative designer from the Plumbing department. She went above and beyond patiently helped me designed the suitable bathroom fixtures, from facets and sinks, to showers, tub and toilets and more. She’s always very accommodating of my “urgent” requests and “special” needs, tirelessly helping me meeting my renovation project deadline during our multiple meetings. Most of all, Jackie is a wonderful communicator and always knows what a customer really wants.

We’ve had the pleasure—and luck—of working with Phil Hyland for over two years now. He is our go-to expert for buying appliances and guided us in selecting and ordering everything for our remodeled kitchen. Every single choice was spot on. Phil consistently exceeds our expectations with his trusted knowledge, warm demeanor, and genuine helpfulness. We can’t thank him enough!
