John in appliances is outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to finding the right solution. Mary is always a pleasure — warm, professional, and makes everything feel easy. But the real surprise hero was JP in plumbing, who went above and beyond to fix an issue from a plumbing order placed over two years ago. She didn’t have to get involved, but she did — with total professionalism, kindness, and follow-through that you just don’t see anymore. It’s rare to find this level of service anywhere today.
