I lived my shopping experience and my appliances. After I purchased them I had trouble with the installation and customer service. Once you purchase and ABC installations installs, you are on your own.
I expected more from the high end store.
I’m still trying to get my dented (upon installation) dishwasher fixed and a piece of cardboard removed from under my range which was left by the installers.

The experience at the store was excellent. I was greeted by an agent upon entering the store. Since I am a Super Senior (87) I was offer to be wheeled throughout the store to look at refrigerators. He immediately located a sales representative to assist me with the purchase I wanted to make. The sales rep Lori was also very professional and eager to find the exact I wanted. I am experiencing a hiccup, however, with the installation. Everything seems to be working except the temperature is no longer displayed on the front of the refrigerator. A technician is scheduled to come on Thursday, April 9th to service the refrigerator. I am hoping it is an easy fix because I do not look forward to emptying again to get service.

Linwood was awesome!!! We came in, wondering whether we were going to buy or not, and he was able to walk us through a few different options to then was able to find us an open box Model that not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. We ended up buying a JennAir microwave/Oven Combo, a step up from the Bosch we were thinking about. Dushun was also great making sure that we processed the paperwork perfectly. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
