When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we were guided to Pacific Sales by our designer. Linwood Foy, the gentle giant, has helped us with the decisions as to which appliances would work best. It has been a long process and he has been agreeable, cheerful, and extremely responsive to our needs. We would recommend both Pacific Sales and Linwood Foy for grand service.

I lived my shopping experience and my appliances. After I purchased them I had trouble with the installation and customer service. Once you purchase and ABC installations installs, you are on your own.
I expected more from the high end store.
I’m still trying to get my dented (upon installation) dishwasher fixed and a piece of cardboard removed from under my range which was left by the installers.

The experience at the store was excellent. I was greeted by an agent upon entering the store. Since I am a Super Senior (87) I was offer to be wheeled throughout the store to look at refrigerators. He immediately located a sales representative to assist me with the purchase I wanted to make. The sales rep Lori was also very professional and eager to find the exact I wanted. I am experiencing a hiccup, however, with the installation. Everything seems to be working except the temperature is no longer displayed on the front of the refrigerator. A technician is scheduled to come on Thursday, April 9th to service the refrigerator. I am hoping it is an easy fix because I do not look forward to emptying again to get service.
