I had came in to Pacific Sales in need of a new toilet. I was introduced to a young man named Arthur. He showed me some different options and bidet seats as well. He recommended a Toto toilet with a bidet seat and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Looks so beautiful!

We had a wonderful experience at Pacific Sales in Carlsbad yesterday when we were shopping for a new refrigerator and oven. We were warmly greeted immediately by Kenyata who directed us to Nick, the appliance expert. Nick spent time with us explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the different brands. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. We then met with Aurora who patiently processed the order and kept us informed along the way. We felt like we were totally taken care of during the process. It’s a pleasure to go to this store. We would definitely return in the future for any kitchen or bath needs.
