Recently our 30 year old oven died. RIP, it served me well.
I went to Pacific Sales of course - because they're the Appliance Experts. I like to inspect several choices (versus only looking at pictures, online) and all their staff are very customer-service oriented.
We have purchased several different things, over the years, at Pacific Sales. This time I worked with Blake and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. What is most important to me is: Blake listened to what I said, and didn't try to "talk me into" something other than what I said I was looking for. Refreshing!
We also talked about BBQs, and Blake also gave me a few suggestions that I'm following up on.
When you go to Pacific Sales, ask for Blake, to assist you!

I love Pacific Sales. I've been buying appliances from them for over 30 years. They have the best prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Blake in the Carlsbad store was the associate who waited on me this afternoon. He did an excellent job! When I need my next appliance I will be back to shop at Pacific Sales.
