I have been coming to Pacific Sales in Escondido for many years for all my plumbing and appliances needs for many years. Now that it’s part of Best Buy, I have been eyeing a complete Bowers and Wilkins 5.1 700 series speaker system. With the current 20% back offer on new Best Buy credit card, it’s too good to pass. The only problem was that I am traveling for the holidays and the promotion ends on Christmas Day before I get back. Chris Blaine, with whom I have the pleasure of working on multiple occasions, offers to work with me remotely to make sure that I place my order in time to take advantage of this promotion. To practically get 20% off B&W speakers is incredible and with the cash back, I will have enough to purchase the Marantz Cinema 40 receiver to complete my dream audio system. All thanks to Chris and his readiness to help and sound advice.

Our oven recently died so sadly we needed a new one. Sammy helped us in the store and was awesome! She knew her products well. We didn’t have a lot of options for the space we currently have but she showed us all the ovens we could have!
Buying appliance isn’t fun, but she made it fast and very painless! I would highly recommend Sammy!!
