I had the best shopping experience at Pacific Sales with General Manager Alyssa Castro. She helped me narrow down which range I wanted to use for my kitchen remodel as well as find matching appliances to go with it. After providing a couple proposals we landed on the cafè brand. Alyssa was extremely helpful throughout the process, and helped with price matching and offering storage until we need the items for our remodel. Will happily come back if I need any additional items in the future.

The turkey engineers that designed my ice maker in the side-by-side you sold me, put it in the left refrigerator door with no insulation, and when I load groceries from the supermarket, the ice cubes melt and freeze into a solid clump of ice that must be thrown away, as it won't dispense. Jeez!!! 😁

I went to the Pacific Sales Escondido location and I am very happy with the service i received from picking my kitchen appliances with Analee Camacho, and choosing my bathroom sinks and faucets with Farah Barati to service team removing and installing of my appliances! The removal and install team were on time and very professional.
