Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home Escondido

We went there to pacific sales to get an appliance . The sales representative Aaron was very helpful and professional. He understood our needs, explained the advantages and disadvantages of each model and helped us choose a brand and model that fit our needs. I wish we could say the same about their manager Annali, she was very rude and was not very helpful. She started yelling at her employees who were trying to help us adjust the price to a major competitor, making us feel embarrassed. We were going to take our business elsewhere but felt that the sales representative put in his effort to win my business.

Buyer Beware: Based on my experience, I would caution potential customers to be wary when making purchases from this store. Despite being promised a lifetime warranty for my items, the store failed to honor their commitment when the products malfunctioned. It is disappointing to have been misled in this way, and I would encourage others to exercise caution when considering purchases from this establishment.

Aaron was fabulous sales person who enlightened as so much about our entire kitchen appliances expectations. He was down right technical but also made it super easy to understand. He spent about close to 2 hours explaining us everything. If you are looking for kitchen remodeling, highly suggest to visit Pacific Sales in Escondido. They have great offers too. I am quite blown away.
