I’m deeply disappointed by how I was treated by management at this location. After being placed on suspension, I was told I could not return to the store and that my personal items would be shipped to me. When the package arrived, not only were several of my belongings missing, but many of the items that were returned arrived damaged, some even covered in an UNKNOWN LIQUID. I’ve kept photo and video documentation of the condition everything arrived in, and I’ve filed a report with local authorities out of concern for my safety and the mishandling of my property. To make things worse, my attempts to get answers or a resolution were met with inconsistent communication. I was referred back and forth between store management and HR with no clear accountability or support. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue respectfully and professionally, I was ignored. This experience has been stressful, confusing, and honestly upsetting. No one should be treated this way, especially when they’ve worked hard and simply want their personal property returned in the condition it was taken. If you're considering shopping here, I strongly recommend Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, just down the road at 6416 Variel Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. Their showroom is more elegant. I’m posting this review in the hope that the company takes situations like this seriously and that others who may go through something similar know they’re not alone.

I highly recommend Pacific Sales! Marco was our salesman and he was the best! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Also Dani was so sweet and nice, both were a pleasure to work with!
