I came to the Pacific Sales location in Woodland Hills after having a frustrating experience at the Witnetka store, where the service was not great and the salesperson made the process very difficult. Thankfully, my experience completely turned around when I arrived here and was helped by Alex. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the appliances I was considering. He took the time to walk me through the options, answer all my questions, and made sure I understood the differences so I could make the best decision for my home. Alex was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, and he truly made what could have been a stressful purchase feel easy and smooth. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. Because of Alex, I felt confident in my purchase and had a great experience overall. Pacific Sales is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I would absolutely recommend this location and strongly suggest asking for Alex if you want exceptional customer service.
