Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home Huntington Beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at Pacific Sales Huntington Beach! We’ve been loyal customers of Pacific Sales Huntington Beach since 2015, when we purchased our Thermador kitchen appliances for our kitchen renovation. After moving, we returned in 2023 for another kitchen renovation, purchasing a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Thermador appliances. Throughout the years, we’ve always been impressed with the excellent customer service and knowledgeable sales representatives at this location. This year, we’re renovating two bathrooms and once again chose Pacific Sales for all our plumbing fixtures, including Brizo fixtures and our dream TOTO toilet! Our sales representative, Lisa, has been wonderful throughout the entire process. Her recommendations and guidance have been incredibly helpful. However, I have to give special recognition to Wendell, the store manager, who truly goes above and beyond for his customers! We had a last minute change of heart regarding the Brizo fixtures we originally selected because they no longer matched the aesthetic we envisioned for our bathroom design. Wendell was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He went the extra mile to help us make the necessary changes and even expedited our order to ensure we received our new fixtures in time to keep our bathroom renovation on schedule. That level of dedication, flexibility, and genuine care for customers is what sets Pacific Sales Huntington Beach apart. Wendell and his team made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier, and we are truly grateful for their help. We couldn’t be happier with our experience, the customer service, and the unbeatable prices! I’m already planning our primary bathroom renovation, and there’s no doubt we’ll be returning to Pacific Sales Huntington Beach for that project. Thank you, Wendell, Lisa, and the entire Huntington Beach team, for consistently providing exceptional service! If you’re looking for knowledgeable professionals, great pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend this location. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
