It was cool , But the salesman can't bargain the retail price, and the selection was at Best very weak..

The customer service is top tier.
I purchased 2 laptops at Best Buy, but found something that worked better for me the next day.
I will say that the return process was painless. The refund took about 2 minutes, and I was on my way!
Maewynn (sorry if misspelled) was awesome! Very knowledgeable of PC components. I had a lot of questions, not really knowing exactly which RAM cards I needed. Maewynn was happy to help me check compatibility with my slightly motherboard and GPU. She had a great attitude and was super helpful!
