General Manager JAY argued me down they don’t ad match amazon during prime days. Went on website couldn’t find anything to support his statement. Had me stand at front counter while he went to the back to search for some inter office document he had received concerning his reason for not doing the ad match. Website clearly states who they match. Jay was rude and bad for business. After 26 minutes Jay returned with some document he received from internal communications. Very unacceptable to a consumer!

I am surprised to find myself writing a negative review for Best Buy, as I have generally had positive experiences in the past. This occasion marks a departure from that, and I hope it can be addressed. I had scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad to have my iPad repaired. While I was late for the appointment, I have not received any acknowledgment or assistance from staff at the store. Despite waiting for 25 minutes, no one has approached or greeted me, which has been disappointing, especially considering I hold a membership. I appreciate any attention to this matter.
