My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Johnny to get a new SubZero refrigerator after our less than 10 year old Kitchen Aid but the dust. From the minute we stepped foot in the store Johnny was SO helpful and knowledgeable about our options and was able to field a lot of questions we had about different models. We purchased our fridge on the spot and had delivery set up within the week. Once we got home we realized we had mis-measured our space and we called Johnny back who immediately cancelled our order and re-submitted one for the right size fridge. Our new fridge is now happily humming along and we have been telling everyone we know to go to Pacific Sales for any appliances they need. We will absolutely be back in the future!

Steve Douglas is the secret sauce that makes this place run. He put together the full appliance package for a renovation I was working on and we couldn’t be more pleased.
