We were looking for an electric cooktop and planned to visit multiple stores first. We were so impressed with the product knowledge of Dave Sablan at Pacific Sales that we decided to buy on the spot. He took the time to research our current cooktop to make sure the new one would fit the space. He had great advice about features and brands. Not often that you can find outstanding service for appliances. This is our second major purchase at Pacific Sales. Definitely impressed.

Pacific Sales is our go to when shopping for appliances, and when my grandmother's fridge crapped out we went straight there. Luna helped us at the front desk, and Dave Sablan helped us on the floor. He was so personable and well informed about our options, he explained everything very clearly and helped us refine our choice by going over things thoroughly. My grandmother already had a model in mind, but wanted to do some comparison too, and Dave helped us go over a couple other choices, and compare prices as well to confirm that we were making the choice best suited to us, and getting the best deal! Dave has been working in the industry since 1967, and he really knows his stuff -- you can't beat nearly 60 years of experience!! It was reassuring to be in capable hands in making such a big purchase. Getting delivery/haul away scheduled was quick and easy and when we got to the front desk to check out, they even had the other items we'd asked about sitting there ready to go!
