My experience with the whole Pacific Sales team, Carlsbad and Morena Blvd locations has been phenomenal. My saleswoman, Carol, in Carlsbad was such a pro and helped me navigate hundreds of options, narrow them down and made sure our project looked beautiful. We chose hardware for two full bathroom remodels and our kitchen. I couldn’t have done it without her. Being able to pick up at the location closest to home was such a time saver and when one of the pieces didn’t work out in our primary bathroom the return process was easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Dave Sablan was the best! I brought my mom in to look for a replacement for her 15 year wall oven that died. After visiting a couple other places, Dave took care of us by showing us the only model that would now fit that space and how we could accommodate the smaller size. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Pacific Sales and Dave!
