purchased five Thermador appliances (refrigerator, cooktop, hood, microwave, and dishwasher) from this company for $35,000, plus $1,800 for installation. The entire process took nearly three months and was incredibly frustrating.
Scheduling with their partnered installer (ABC) was a nightmare—if you miss one call, you have to start over. It took four appointments just to get them to show up, and every technician gave different, conflicting information.
On installation day, two of the five appliances were already damaged/defective, and there were no replacements available—so I had to wait another month.
The worst part: I had custom, high-quality cabinetry built specifically for the refrigerator, and the installers handled everything so roughly that they damaged the cabinet frame during installation. Despite this clearly being caused by their work, they refused to take any responsibility.
For a $35,000 purchase, this level of service is completely unacceptable. This was not a premium experience—it was careless, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others before buying or using their installation service.
