We’d been struggling to find a built-in microwave that fit our existing cabinet cutout—bought (and returned) two from other places. Then we met Jack, the GM at Pacific Sales & Kitchen. He listened, checked our dimensions, walked us through a few options, and found the exact model we needed in minutes. No upsell, just knowledgeable, friendly help. I only wish we’d come here first and saved ourselves the hassle. They’ve got a wide variety and true experts who know their stuff. Highly recommend Pacific Sales & Kitchen!

This is the second time that I go in and see Jack for his help. He always makes time to help and get us everything we need within budget. We loved that he knows his products and can always recommend without pressure. 10/10 recommended!

I purchased a water filter for my kitchen and it was a different type since my original filter model was discontinued. I couldn't install it and returned it to Pacific sales in Pasadena. I didn't know that there was a 14 day return policy and it was at least a month since i purchased the filter. The saleperson Kate, was very understanding and allowed me to return the filter with a full refund. I really appreciate Kate and the staff at Pacific sales for their service and kindness.
