I purchased a water filter for my kitchen and it was a different type since my original filter model was discontinued. I couldn't install it and returned it to Pacific sales in Pasadena. I didn't know that there was a 14 day return policy and it was at least a month since i purchased the filter. The saleperson Kate, was very understanding and allowed me to return the filter with a full refund. I really appreciate Kate and the staff at Pacific sales for their service and kindness.
