Her knowledge about appliances was so impressive that two weeks later, I went back, and she helped me find a new washer and dryer for a very specific amount of space. It was not an easy task! For us, this was a big purchase and we wanted to consider all critical elements and options and Chris helped every step of the way, he was patient and wasn’t afraid to point out things that might not be to our advantage. The product itself was available at multiple vendors and locations but Chris made the difference for us, we went with Thermador.

As we plan for our renovation, Paul at Pacific Sales was exceptional in helping us pick and match all of our plumbing for kitchen and bath. The pricing was very competitive, including price match from home improvement stores in a couple of cases. The we rolled the order together with our appliances through Best Buy downstairs. Even more convenient is that they will hold all items for us until needed, so our warranty periods don't start until delivery.
