Renovating our kitchen and bathroom has been stressful, but Pacific Sales made the process so much easier. Kate in plumbing was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us navigate all the choices for faucets, sinks, and toilets. Adriana in appliances was very helpful and knowledgeable as well—she guided us through refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and more without any pressure to overspend. A big shout-out to Ricardo, who went out of his way to ensure an item from the warehouse would arrive in time for our installation. Pacific Sales has truly been a lifesaver during our renovation!

We lost our home in the Eaton Fire and are slowly working on our rebuild project. Our designer recommended Pacific Sales for Kitchen and Bath fixtures. Kate and Diarra in the Bath department were outstanding with support. They understood what we were looking for and spent a lot of time answering our questions. We purchased our fixtures this weekend and as a perk of shopping there, they will be held until we are ready for install, without a date limit which is wonderful. In the Kitchen Department, Adrianna was extremely helpful, walking us through the appliances and helping us understand the best deal for each. There too, all of them will be held until we can receive delivery. We highly recommend Pacific Sales for all needs and will be back to finalize our purchases once we make more progress with the rebuild.
