Now I understand why there is no one at best buy’s Geek Squad service, bought a gaming pc like 2 years ago at Best Buy and it’s heating up and crashing on the mid game, came to this guys in the store and told me oh yeah it’s $100 for finding the issue plus $80 for repair and on top of that the price of the replacement component 😂😂 which can end up easily in $600 or more, this is or disrespectful or just a bad joke 😂😂, anyways not coming any soon here, will be better to watch tons of YouTube videos and fixe it yourself than coming over here and giving your money away.

If i could give yall less then 1 star i would, the products shown in the pictures are priced at 79.99, the entire end cap was full of JBL, I brought it to the counter and it rings up 129 99, I go to customer service and pretty much got told it was an honest mistake and there was nothing they could do, the entire experience was horrible, I understand people make mistakes but when the entire end cap was prices wrong the store should honor the prices shown

A couple of months ago I went to the bathroom here, and once I went to the stalls, I was absolutely bewildered! I went towards the stall and it smelled like somebody pooped on the walls!!! Once I looked in, the toilet was FILLED to the BRIM!!! with toilet paper, and feces!!! since the other stalls were out of order, I had no choice but to go #2 into the nasty toilet! once I flushed, it started to overflow so fast that it got only my shoes, I tried to call multiple employees but they said for ME to clean it up!!! Overall this experience was terrible, I almost got coated in someones feces!!! Luckily they got my 15$ purchase to not cost a penny! I am glad they were nice about the discount, but I did end up cleaning the bathroom ( I might have broke a tile)
