I was first to arrive awaiting a Pokémon restock as they do on certain days. A person drove by me and said an employee had came out and told them they did not receive any so that they would not stand in line as it was very hot outside. Very thoughtful of that employee however people can be liars ofcourse so I wanted to ask an employee myself. An employee had walked up and I kindly asked him if he could check, he told me they were not allowed to say. I explained to him it was for the purpose of not standing another hour for no reason. He still said no, pretty much this Best Buy needs to be better at either sticking to the rules and not telling people or by not making exceptions to certain individuals. Double standards.
We were very well treated by the servicing staff.
Didn't have positive service. Guy wanted me to purchase a higher cost smartwatch, so downplayed the item I wanted. Literally had to work to get him to sell it to me (by the way, I have it all set up and its exactly what I need!)
