Two months ago I bought an Apple 15+ phone as my Apple 14+ quit working! I paid $850 for this phone and within 2 weeks the volume quit working and sporadically comes back on and then cuts back off at different times. They ran a diagnostic test you told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and then proceeded to let me know that they had a 14 day return policy on all their phones when I purchased the phone. I was not informed of this policy, I figured I could take it back. Should there be a default with the phone? I will never buy another phone from Best Buy or anything else after this experience!
I would highly suggest you not buy any smart phones from them due to the fact you have only a 14 day window to return. It should something go wrong with your phone.
Now I have to go all the way to Raleigh and wait in long line in the Apple Store to try to get a new phone!
Nice place, been here for a long time
I am very dissatisfied with the service at Best Buy. I wandered around looking for help, only to find employees either chatting with each other or distracted on their phones. As a customer, I expect a business to show that they value my patronage, but this experience made me feel otherwise. Additionally, the shelves were almost empty, which only added to my frustration. It's clear that they don't care about my business, and because of that, I will not be shopping there again
