This store was clean, had everything I needed in stock, and got assistance quite easily to find the item I couldn’t on my own.

I came in over the weekend to buy 2 new cell phones. The service was extremely slow but the lady I was working with, Evelyn (Verizon) was very sweet. During the process, we were interrupted multiple times by another employee, Xavier who didn't seem to know at all what he was doing with his customer's sign-up. He interrupted constantly to ask questions and she had to constantly stop what she was doing to go over to his computer. Making this experience drag on for hours longer than it should have. When all is said and done we were told that we would get our phones in the mail on Wednesday and that we should bring them back in on Friday so that she could connect them. I paid a $570 payment that day. On Wednesday morning, when our phones were supposed to arrive. I got a call from Xavier stating that the order was accidentally canceled. And that they needed me to drive an hour to Fayetteville so that I could redo the order again which would leave us in the same position with no phones for another three days. I will honestly never buy another thing from Best Buy again, This was the worst customer service ever. And honestly, I don't know what phone service would want to work with Best Buy because now Verizon has lost a new customer, who was bringing over 9 lines of service....because of Best Buy.

Pick up is until 9PM but you CLOSE at 8PM? Please update your hours. Cannot even speak to a rep at the specific stores anymore. All calls are outsourced and answered remotely.
