Great selection and generally good quality. Unfortunately, "the Geek Squad" failed to properly service my computer while it was under warrantee. The problem was on free recall notice from the manufacturer, one about which they were unaware.
When I finally sent the computer back to the manufacturer after a year working with geek squad, they charged me full price to fix it. Best Buy should have known about this recall before it ever got to that point. It would have saved them time and me money.

I walked in and got exactly what I needed..I was very happy with this place
Horrible customer service. Placed an order that was to be ready for pick up in one hour. I showed up 4 hours later after trying to text and call to check the status. Guy at customer nonservice said yeah it is not ready. Went to the front desk and asked for the manager because something didn’t seem right. The girl at the desk said she will help me I explain what is going on and she goes about 10 feet away from me and is whispering to maybe the manager. “Yeah we don’t have that in stock but they can help you look for another item in the back. I walk to the back and zerohelp starts showing me what they have when he is approached by another customer asking a question. The other customer said when you finish with her can you help “I can help you now”. I guess we were finished. No apology from the 3 people I spoke with

I purchased a screen protector for my cell phone, it had a lifetime replacement. The manager refused to honor the replacement. She accused me of trying to steal the glass protector. It seems that a previous employee switched the protector. I won’t be back. It used to be a fun store to go to that stood behind their products. Not any more.
