Walked in, used the bathroom, came back to the laptop section, nobody to be found.. walked around for 5-10 mins making loud comments like "huh, I wonder where everyone is at" and "is anybody working here"... Walked out and found 3 female employees having a chatty Cathy session. Walked past them and said this has got to be the worst customer service store ever.... Nobody wants to help but everyone wants sit on their phone or just chat in groups. Sad.

I called Best Buy on Aug 1 because my tv wasn’t working. They transferred me to geek squad and said it would cost $125. I told them specifically that the back light was out and asked if they could bring that part with them. She said they couldn’t bring part, had to diagnose first.when he came out, he said it was the backlight but they don’t fix that, just throw out tv. I was furious that the person I spoke with, did not tell me that they don’t fix back light. She just took my money

My appt was at 10:20. I arrived a few mins late b/c of traffic. There was someone in line in front of me AND they were still with another customer. They took the woman who walked in AFTER me whose appt was at 10:40. She still had to wait for the other ppl to finish. Then they took her and told me I had to reschedule. Oh, I'm 4 mins late but I'm waiting for you, then you take the other person. Went to management. They smirked at me. DO BETTER Best Buy!
