I might butcher her name but it's something like lakethea? She was WONDERFUL, went in trying to apply for a credit card but I was having issues with my id, she wasn't bothered at all and made me feel valued, her kindness made me decide to buy a laptop on the spot !! Bought all my items here but when I have problems they can't fix them on my phone. The Rep was actually there and couldn't help them the tech guys couldn't help, lastly had to set up an appointment with geek squad requiring me making multiple trips. They also couldn't fix my Samsung S23
Usually I get better service here but last three visits have been horrible
