I visited pets mart and unfortunately they did not sell any computers so I had to go to chili's just to sell my monkey that I reserved from walmart
I purchased an upgraded iPhone through AT&T at the Best Buy Hulen location with the promise that I would receive the phone the same day. The associate assured me that although it wasn’t in stock, it would be delivered overnight. I placed the order on Friday. Saturday came and went—no delivery.
I tried calling Best Buy, but no one answered and I was forwarded to an operator who couldn’t help because the order was tied to AT&T. I asked multiple times to speak with someone in the Mobile department but was told they weren’t accepting phone calls. Frustrated, I called AT&T and spent over an hour on the phone. They said the order was in progress and my tracking would update within 24 hours.
It’s now Monday. I’m still on the phone with AT&T and still no phone. I leave town tomorrow and now have no device as planned. This was a stressful and completely avoidable situation had the expectations set by Best Buy been honest. Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through and customer support.
Update 05/07 - I wanted to update my previous review to mention that I did receive my order via Next Day Air with a Tuesday delivery. Once again, the customer service I received was excellent. However, I believe there may have been some confusion regarding UPS weekend delivery — it seems the associate may not have been aware that UPS does not deliver to certain areas on weekends. I’m still not entirely sure what happened, as I was expecting the order on Saturday but didn’t receive it until Tuesday — the day I was leaving out of town.
