Me and my wife went in and decided to buy rev air blow dryer for 429 dollars. They went in the back and grab it, but didn’t give it to us. She said she will walk it to the front. Made us feel uncomfortable because we wasn’t even done shopping

Well staffed but geek squad has never delivered on anything they ever explicitly stated they would for me Have me come in for something then say sorry we actually can't take a look at it today. No communication between them and the employees taking calls / appts
