Lot of items to choose from excellent prices and good customer service
Bought a refurbished item that did not work had to purchase a $50 plan just to get it fixed or loose out on my money
I ordered an Apple Watch went to pick it up they said it’s not there that it’s in “transit” so I called customer service number they said the watch is there at the store that I just needed to call the store back and have them contact the “bridge” department so they can get the watch ready for me to pick it up. Called the store and ask them to connect me to the “bridge” department like the guy told me to and the genius that answered the phone sent me back to the customer service number mind you I have been on hold with everybody for at least 30 to 40 minutes, so I call back to the store frustrated asking to speak to the manager because I’m tired of explaining what’s going on and all these people that I’ve talked to and they told me that managers don’t answer the phone. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had!!!! Their managers can’t be bothered to address a customer when they’re frustrated and need some guidance on what to do when it’s
apparent that their employees don’t know what they’re doing. I used shop here all the time all of my major appliances are from here even small appliances but never again will I shop Best Buy!!!!
The automotive installation department is excellent. They know what they are doing. They installed a Sony stereo in a 2017 Hyundai, and it is excellent! Steering. Wheell controls, rear view camera controls all work great....Best Buy you're great!
