Had the worst experience at any retail store of my entire life. Let's lead that I payed alot of money for a best buy total membership. Listed as hassle free returns and a whole other range of benefits. I just bought a speaker for my pc a couple weeks ago- and hated the sound quality, so I ordered another that I love so I went to return the not great speaker. It took Leatha litterally 20 minutes of looking over that speaker with a fine tooth comb, why? I don't know but it was used for about 5 minutes before I put it back in the box. Whatever fine. She finally accepted the return and I told her I bought it on visa gift cards. She then in turn decides to put that refund back on the gift cards that best buy threw away right in front of me weeks earlier during purchase becuase you know...they where used up. I asked them to put it back on my debit card, cash or even best buy in store credit, whatever. Corina or something close to that name comes over and tells me im out of luck. The money was put back on a gift card that is in a landfill somewhere becuase leatha doesn't listen and she tells me she can't give me back my money any other way and since it was returned I can't have the speaker back either. Last time I checked unequal exchange agaisnt my will is called theft. She refused to help and gave me a card saying she would try and figure something out. Like I payed alot of money for best buy total and not only do you treat me like a criminal during a return, but you also take my return and don't give me my refund even though it was your mistake.
Luckily I called best buy customer service and they say they are going to send me gift cards , and I hope so, but I will never give my bussiness to this store location again.

I did not have a issue with the store itself but I did receive misinformation based on how a credit check would effect my score as the employee said it was a soft check when in fact that was not the case. I hope some form of management sees this so that they can properly inform the employees

Went to get a store pickup and 3 employees stood around at the front no one helped me until I had to bug them go so sometimes.
