This Best Buy is terrible! I agree with the other reviews. This is the worst Best Buy I have been to in any state!
Their workers have no customer service skills. Multiple workers walk past you without asking if you need help and if you say yes they will say, "they will go find someone to help" then the next person comes and says the same thing. Multiple customers experienced the same thing as we all just looked at each other and helped ourselves. The kid that helped me, no blue shirt, no name tag, I had to ask who he was, was just wearing a black jacket. He kept calling me "boss" which was annoying. They don't have a Magnolia section for home surround sound, theater, or any TV stands on display! You have to look on a computer screen. The TV I wanted was just in a box not on display.
I gave it one star because I bought a TV. Another star because the LG OLED TV was on sale (cyber Monday). That's about it. I won't be back! Find another Best Buy to shop at. Trust me!
