This place is a complete scam. Specifically the geek squad. Bought a computer with warranty. Come in to get it fixed and are told we need to pay over 1k to get it back. We tell them the warranty and show them the credit card statement with the purchase amount, date, and location. Somehow they can’t even find the purchase let alone the warranty. Let them work on it for 3 months before getting fed up. They still have the computer. Refuse to return it. So they’re either crooks or completely inept. Either way corporate is just as bad. No one can seem to find the receipt as the employee didn’t link it to the account. Run from this place. They’ve essentially stolen my laptop.

Ordered a tv online. Was to be delivered from this store by Shipt. Was not delivered. Apparently until they can get someone that delivers for Shipt to deliver my order is in limbo. Don’t bother calling Best buy because you’ll be talking to a call center in India. Try calling this store and you wont be talking to someone that works here , you’ll be talking to another call center. This company needs to go bankrupt, and I will celebrate when it does.
