I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher top of the line from Best buy in lady lake. I did not opt for their installation because I did not like the price. I have my own plumber source that I use. They did not tell me that the old one had to be uninstalled when they delivered the new one or they wouldn't take it out of the house. My plumber came and installed the dishwasher and when I came into the kitchen I saw the name whirlpool. It is a bottom of the line dishwasher that cost $400. I called Best buy but there's no way to talk to anyone in the store. The person I talked to had a strong accent which made it difficult for me to understand. The end result is they will let me know in 3 days what they are going to do. I want them to uninstall the whirlpool and bring the right KitchenAid and install it. I do not feel that this is an unreasonable request. And I'm not paying another dime for this service.
