Very disappointed with my recent experience at Best Buy. Drove over an hour for open-box Bose headphones listed as “excellent condition”—they were damaged, missing parts, and should’ve been labeled “fair” as noted by several associates. Manager admitted the mistake but was dismissive and unprofessional and showed no willingness to make it right. After 40 minutes of waiting and “their system not working”, I got a refund, but no further resolution. I was told by the store to contact Customer service who offered no help and passed the buck, just as the local store did. As a long time and loyal customer I am stunned how poorly I was treated.
Best Buy: your customers deserve honest listings, respectful service, and accountability. Hoping someone will step up and fix this.
A shell of its former self which is a shame.

The greeter was very friendly and helpful. He contacted the person I needed and showed me where to sit for my brief wait. Emma Mae in the phone department was extremely helpful. She is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
I am glad I gave this store a second chance. I had gone in the previous week and was very disappointed. I was ignored by the greeter
(different man that day) who was on his phone. Several employees were at the front desk talking. No one asked if I needed help. I looked at the phones for some time, and still no one offered assistance.
My conclusion: your experience depends on who is working at the time you visit.
Bought a cube pro car tracker. After careful consideration and review of several products , we are excited to have the peace of mind that our new company car will be at our fingertips at all times.
