I walked into the Rea Rd. store needing to replace a 13-year-old laptop for my work. Dave walked over and asked if he could help. When I explained what I needed and the company requirements, he started showing me the options available and how each one operated. Dave was very gracious to spend time answering my questions and asking other associates when he didn't know the exact answer. Eventually, I made my decision, paid for the new laptop, and knew I made the right decision because everything had been thoroughly explained to me. I can't recommend Dave highly enough.

We waited for 40 minutes in the TV section without anyone acknowledging us. We didn’t need any recommendations — we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. Still, no one came to assist us. The person responsible for that area was a supervisor. I understand he was busy talking to other customers and trying to sell TVs, but as a manager, he could have asked someone else to help us. He clearly saw that we were standing there waiting. Eventually, I approached another employee for help — he said he’d take care of it and then disappeared. I had to ask a third person, Dave, and he was amazing! In just five minutes, he brought the TV from the warehouse , took our payment, and even loaded it into our car. Huge thanks to Dave! He’s the only reason this experience didn’t turn into a complete disaster.
