Patient salesperson helped me pick out a perfect keyboard and mouse! Then they got me a great discount!
Had to pick up 5 TVs. Lady at the counter was rude. Didn’t check my husbands ID. When he asked if she was going to check she said no it’s fine 😬. I’m sure this Best Buy is easy to steal from. Also had to carry out all five TVs. When asked if we could have a cart they said no. Insane! When asked if we could have someone bring them out they said they can’t do that. Wild, I worked for Best Buy for years. Never had a customer been treated like that at any of the stores I worked at and we definitely checked every ID for pick ups. May the odds ever be in this BBYs favor. I’m sure asset protection LOVES this store.

Went in to buy an 85" Samsung TV, and the rep that helped me out was absolutely horrible. Belittled and made me feel dumb for spending 1200 on the TV I wanted. Asked for another associate, and he smelled so bad I had to leave. Rude and smelly
