Be VERY careful buying anything of decent value on sale here. I had purchased an 11.2 Pioneer Elite receiver in November that stopped working in March. It was covered under mfg warranty AND I'm a Best Buy Total member. They couldn't or wouldn't fix it but acknowledged it was covered under warranty. My options at that point were to PAY THE DIFFERENCE for the replacement. So even getting the same model replaced, I would be paying $1,500 more. And they didn't have in stock so I would up having to pay over $2,000 ON TOP OF my broken receiver cost of $1,500 just to get a functioning receiver again (Best Buy sat on this repair a month). In my opinion, the warranty from BB is useless, if you buy something on sale, hope that it doesn't break because even under warranty I had to pay $2,000 extra. And Best Buy Total got me NOTHING.

@Reply to Jacob( BB response team): “you may collect all the details regarding this incident (April 12,2025) using my complain number #355628108 if you care to have us as your continued customer. We are okay to give our business to Queen City or many other electronic /appliances company as long as they Value customer service . Fortunately , we have options other than BB . Review : We have a corporate account with BB & over the years we’ve’ given them thousands of dollar worth of business. Unfortunately I had the worst customer service experience today by their geek squad Manager who was not only rude and arrogant but extremely mannerless in how he communicated with me. In my opinion such people should not be on floor dealing with established customers as their behaviors can cause loss of business for BB .Obviously after experiencing such bad behavior from the Manager I had to call the corporate office and express my concerns (which I did ) . I am glad the General Manager stepped in and apologized on behalf of his geek squad manager . Unfortunately , going forward we will refrain from doing much business with BB , instead we will now be open to other home & appliance store in & around charlotte area . Sadly , they did lose the business for which I was there today ( to buy Bosch 800 series dishwasher & Fisher &Paykel DishDrawer) @Reply to Jacob( BB response team): here’ my complain number #355628108
