Totally different layout than I’m used to in Florida but got what i needed and employees were helpful
I'm very upset I walked into this location looking to buy some headphones and I was in the store for 30mins walking all over by and around 7 associates and never was I asked for help or even given eye contact thats rude and definitely influenced my choosing to purchase any products. not what th8s large company should be condoning.

I am very pleased with all of the recent services from Best Buy. From the scheduling of appts. to the professionalism of the Geek Squad.
Each of them were patient, courteous and attended to my concerns, resolving them to my satisfaction? Thanks to all of you👍👌👍
I drove 45 minutes to pickup a laptop from here that they said they had in stock. They told me they “couldn’t find it” when I got here and sent me on my way. I recommend calling and verifying stock if you’re coming here for something.
EDIT: Following up on the owner’s comment, online showed they DID have it in stock. Employees agreed. That is not helpful.
