Needed help activating my phone. Geek Squad couldn't, which I can understand because I needed to deal with a network provider. Which Best Buy does have. I waited by their phone department as workers just walked by looking away as I sat there waiting. Not one of them asked if I needed help.

I don’t have a problem with Geek Squad nor other working members of Best Buy. One lady made me feel like a criminal because the phone alarms went off when I was trying to see what color it was. I was waiting on to met up with my mom coming from the restroom. I’ve been here for YEARS, and never felt like this.
