Came inside the store me and y girlfriend spent over $2000 on an open box 100 inch TV, they gave us a delivery date, called less than an hour before delivery stating it can't be delivered because of "inventory" but the item was open box in store.....now I've been getting the run around about canceling my order and getting my money back.

We had a few questions about TVs and no one was around to offer help. When we walked to the front of the store for help, we asked one gentleman and he was seemingly uninterested and said he’d send someone (this was a shorter gentlemen during the night shift on a Monday). Finally, we were approached and we asked to turn on one of the TVs we specifically came for that was on display but wasn’t on, and he said the Samsung guy would have to come and it’d be time consuming to set up and SIMPLY turn on. He almost walked away but we still had a few questions. He was in a tan beanie. Everyone was so disinterested and not helpful at all. The customer service here sucks. I would advise to go to the chandler fashion center one since they have WAY better service.
