Bought a new TV online. It ships to the wrong address....
1st call to support: told to call Ontrac delivery. Call them and am told to contact Bestbuy.
2nd call to support: says they will arrange for it to be picked up in store and I can head straight there.
I head to the store 4 hours later and it still isn't ready for pickup.
At the store I am told that they have a hold on it and it will take 30-40 minutes and I can walk around while they get it. 75 minutes later I check again and ask when I can get it. The Geek squad employee at the front tells me I should just cancel my order and buy it again in store. I am told by the manager of geek squad that it is my fault for ordering a TV so close to Christmas. I haven't shopped at Best Buy in years because this always seems to happen.
Who tells a customer that it is their own fault for ordering at Bestbuy? This location says.... "I am sorry ma'am, but it IS the 23rd. And then inferred that I was less than intelligent for thinking otherwise.
But the Ahwatukee location was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in any store in my life. Rude, unprofessional, immoral people.
Bottom line, if you go to Best Buy for the service, skip this location as their people are rude and incompetant. 0/5 stars. Shop elsewhere! If you insist on Bestbuy still, don't use the Ahwatukee location. Their employees seem to want their store to close.
