This is by far the worst besy buy location I have ever been to. Their geek squad is completely incompetent at fulfilling basic expectations they set up, honoring committments, and quoting their work accurately. They do half a job then bail out unless you pay another $200 and have no empathy for wasting customers' time and money. Their general manager's response to customer complaints is "take it up with corporate." Explains a lot about his employee's attitudes. BEYOND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
