Both employees Jordi & Hafi at the Best Buy on Eldorado in Frisco, TX provided absolutely outstanding customer service to my wife & me on 4/11/25. Without ever pressuring us in any way to buy anything, they explained in great detail every aspect of several different TVs, patiently walked us through different mounting options, and really helped us determine exactly the brand & product that was just right for our home. Their knowledge of the equipment was thorough, but they always knew how to explain it in ways we could understand and they answered our questions fully. They even helped find ways to save us money on the final purchase & connected us to a professional installation team. Thanks to Best Buy for having skilled, helpful, customer-focused employees like Jordi & Hafi.
