He didn't have to do that, but that little heads-up was incredibly helpful and honestly kind of exciting.
Here's the thing — I left actually looking forward to coming back. ME. The person who would rather wait three days for shipping than spend twenty minutes in a store. That says everything. The Frisco Best Buy team turned what could have been a stressful, dreaded errand into a genuinely great experience. Their expertise makes shopping efficient! I don't have to feel like I'm wasting my time and feel confident with their recommendations vs spending a ton of time online doing my own comparison shopping and learning about new products.
Had a great experience yesterday with their sales associate Jash. Absolutely wonderful sales guy, not too pushy but genuinely caring about customer satisfaction. Didnt spend too much but I will still treated like im buying the whole store. Kudos to management for having amazing people. Good staff is what makes this store great. Will continue to come back.
The 5 star rating is totally due to Faith H, also known as Wonder Woman - was simply amazing at customer service. I had a complicated situation - she was so patient, strived to find a solution and was smiling and enthusiastic all throughout. Someone else would have just given up.
