Very friendly and helpful staff
Today, I was in BestBuy to purchase a few items. I was not familiar with the location of the items on my list. ROMAN, a young man from the GEEK squad was happy to help me find the items on my list! I am forever grateful to him for helping me find everything on my list. ROMAN went above and beyond today! Please make sure you give my thanks to this very smart young man!
Trying to get a live person is ridiculous No one ever answers the phone and you're put on hold for at least 30 or 45 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous!! You have a better chance at winning the lottery been trying to get a hold of a live person

I recently visited this Best Buy location and I have to say, the experience was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. On the bright side, they have a great selection of laptops on display, and we were drawn to a specific model right away. The staff member (whose name I believe was Jasmine) was exceptional—she answered every question we had with genuine care and knowledge, especially since this laptop was on clearance.
However, the rest of the visit took a nosedive. After we spent a good 30 minutes deciding on this laptop and getting all the details, we went to make the purchase to other rep only to be told, “Oops, it’s not available.” When we questioned them about why it was even on display, the other rep basically shrugged it off, saying, “If it’s on display, it doesn’t mean we sell it here.” Why on earth would you put it out if it can’t be purchased? And when we pressed further, he was downright dismissive, making us feel foolish for asking. It was really frustrating.
Jasmine, though, was a bright spot—she was attentive and tried to help, but sadly, the rest of the team didn’t match her professionalism.
So, just a warning: check availability before getting your hopes up!
