Able to find the item I needed. Sales rep took me the right side of the store. The flash drives were almost out of stock because of a sale event, I guess. Cashier was courteous and answered my questions about earning points, change of address on their rewards card and whether they accepted ink cartridges. Good experience overall.
Try calling the store itself to check if they have any speaker selectors and I get routed to a call center with poor English who refused to connect me to the store I was trying to reach.
