You can go in there and browse or ask someone for help. The workers don’t keep asking you if you need help, but they do smile at you when they pass by so you know they’re available.

Stopped into Bestbuy in Highland Indiana to price shop 03/09/2025 for washers and dryers, and was helped by Pedro. He was polite, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Kudos for having helping smart employees.

Came to my appointment 40 minutes early no one was really there for their appointments the guys kept skip me for almost a hour and thirty minutes and kept walking away I felt very disrespected And he did not apologize for the long wait and the employee name was Tyrell
