Homewood sale representative told me everybody was busy and don't know how long I would've to wait after waiting 45 minutes for sale rep. I just left
There's mice running around the store near the bathrooms and check out area, their workers stand outside the building smoking, they talk to customers however they want and they take there time helping customers.I was very upset, because the other best buy store in homewood is much cleaner and has better service.

We had a great experience inside the location. The sales rep tended to our needs and assisted us with our order of a refrigerator and stove. Unfortunately, the order was suppose to arrive yesterday but we never received it. We didn't get a call or text from anyone. I finally called the phone number on the business card of our sales rep and was told the order was delayed. They tried to reschedule but we opted to cancel the order due to lack of communication and professionalism from that team. Hadn't been to Best Buy since 2023 and don't plan on coming back for a while.
Went in to pickup a TV that I bought from Amazon. From the moment I arrived, the young man in the pickup department impressed me with his attention to customer service. Not used to that these days. I dont know his name, but he's tall, skinny and great at his job!
