Some scamming going on. I ordered a phone and they sent it to some random address and won't help to stop it. I had to file fraud with credit card. I forsee Best Buy closing soon. All customer service is outsourced out of country and they would not connect me to a person in the U.S. I will no longer buy anything from best buy again. Update: Best Buy Citibank did nothing but harass me and would not help me and still continues to not help me even though Best Buy found the phone. I have never been treated so badly by my own credit card company and I am closing both accounts and I vow to NEVER shop at Best Buy or use their Citibank credit card. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. Whoever commented on here provided bogus links. Why am I surprised.
