I always go to this Best Buy store because it’s near my house and it’s pretty reliable, ready to help me cause I was looking at buying a new iPhone and I know where they do trade-ins but I was in there for probably about 30 minutes. Nobody came up to greet me or asked me if I needed help with anything and basically ended up leaving the store because nobody came to help or asked me if I needed help. I was very disappointed it usually either first to ask me questions as soon as I walked through the door and then leave me into the right direction.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I placed an order online for delivery and Roadie by UPS picked up my order, the driver drove all around oak hill and got no where close to Lago vista, but returned this product the next day. Best Buy is routing calls offshore from their store and I have been on customer support for hours with different responses on how to proceed. Understand it’s the holiday season but this is absolutely terrible customer service. I just want an answer.

This company at this point is a shell of what it used to be. Ordered something over a month ago at this location and still have not received it. Mind you they have been getting them in and instead of filling the orders placed, they sell them to people walking in. $900 just sitting in their pocket while I wait for them to actually do something.
