I purchased an iottoe wireless charger and the piece that allows the chrome to plug pulled out and broke.
I exchanged it and got a 2nd one. And I was traveling from Texas to California and upon my return, the replacement also broke, same situation.
Best buy would not let me return or pick another brand even though I had both receipts.
Do not buy iottie wireless chargers or from best buy.

They claim to offer competitive pricing and promise to match others' prices. However, when I requested price matching for a product listed online and another directly from the manufacturer, they refused, citing various excuses.

Great service when using curbside pickup. They employee brought my tv out within 5 minutes and Bestbuy had the best price.
I brought bunch of Apple products and Jay helped me start to end to pick the right product for my use. Jay provided great service and answered all my questions patiently. If you go to this store find Jay to help out.
