I know Best Buy has not been the store it used to be and it sure showed tonight. Came in for a phone accessory and when it was time to check out the cashier was dealing with a customer and they were doing a refund/ exchange and he kept messing up and in doing so was taking a long time. He did see me and the person behind me but did he call for back up no, no he did not. It was taking so long the guy behind me went to the phone counter to get someone and he checked them out. Then the first cashier took the people he was working with and walked away somewhere else. I went to the phone counter and asked if there was anyone else that could help check anyone else out and he replied nope and go suck a lemon, fantastic customer service. So we left and went to Wal Mart and got what we needed. Also there was a women waiting for geek squad and she had been waiting even longer. Point don’t go in if you don’t plan on waiting 30 for service Best Buy only has 4 people working.
Ashante was super helpful! He price matched our tv for a better price, and got us an earlier delivery date. Everything was explained super well, will be coming back :)
Horrible experience. The manager Ashanti does not know what he is doing! The girl knew that she messed up on my warranty return and needed him right there to fix it. He looks at it and then walks away and says I gotta go finish what I was doing first by the time he came back what she needed to have fixed, he could’ve done earlier in a 5-10 minute window frame and it would’ve corrected itself, but because he took his time getting back, he couldn’t correct it so he messed the whole thing up and had to give me a refund on a card I don’t even have anymore than continues to say how he thinks it should be mailed to me but was unsure. The unprofessionalism is real! So I had to purchase a new screen protector and hope that I receive the refund on the one the messed up on!! This is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
