How do I check product availability at the Moore Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Moore Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. So went there last night 12/09. My son was buying a PS5. Of course they don't keep anything in the gaming area anymore. I'm sure because of theft. So we went to customer service to get one and check out. The store no longer has registers where you can go and check out. Just the one kid working at Customer service. 6 other employees standing around doing nothing. Heck 3 of them were greeting people at the door. It was liking walking into Mathis Brothers. The young dude at customer service was cool though and was doing his job to get folks checked out as fast as he could.

Decided to never shop at Best Buy again. The Best Buy stores or way out of touch with their customers to the point you have to talk to a call center and give a reason to be connected to the store. The people barely can understand English at the call center so just hung up and decided to shop Amazon instead I would rather just wait the extra few days At least Amazon has customer service agents that can understand and speak English
