As soon as we walked in we were greeted. He asked what we needed and we were looking for a specific game and a gaming headset. He directed us where to go, then another associate not even 10 seconds later greeted us and walked with us to where the games were. He was so nice and polite and seemed eager to help. After finding the game, we went to the head set aisle and another associate who was a beautiful black female helped us as well. She walked us to the front and we chatted a bit. Her aura/vibe was so sweet and loving. This is by far the best customer service I've had anywhere. Whoever the manager is, you have trained your staff to work in excellence. When the staff is genuine and and friendly, it reflects the leadership. I'd travel over just to shop here to have a great experience every time I need any electronics. Thank you all, my daughter and I were enjoying our day together and you all went above and beyond in making it even better.
