Went here for an item I ordered online that was "available" in store. I received an email stating to pick up my order in an hour. After an hour and 30 minutes I stopped by to pick up my order but I was informed that my item was unavailable. Shouldnt have let me place my order if it wasnt available. Please have your employees double check available items before they are published online so that we dont waste our time.

Had excellent service from Ms. Ty at the Apple notebook section.
After all was said and done and two weeks later, Best Buy restored my faith in their company. I will give them 5 stars because they honored the Total Tech service. I would like to say that their repair technician, need to get a refresher course.
We bought a computer which they told us included several options and it did not. The floor sales personnel really doe not have a clue on what they selling.
