We had Adeline and she was amazing and quickly directed us to what we needed just like that! we were in and out of that store in no time with what we needed!!
I came into the store, I was greeted at the door they guided me to what I was searching for and I was met immediately by a staff member who helped me. Siera was very nice, thoughtful and knowledgeable on the products I was looking for. She took the time and guided me towards what I was really wanted. There was no pressure to buy, she was respectful of boundaries and addressed pain points. Very excellent sales associate. I reccomend this location and her especially. Thank you for all you do.
There is absolutely no way you can call directly to a store! Even if you call a number with your area code, you will end up talking to AI. Then if that can't help you, they tranfer you to customer service. I was going to arrive
early for an appointment. I wanted to know if i could come directly or if i needed yogo someplace else to wait around and waste my time. The person could not answer what someone in the store would have been able to. They advised to ho to the store and ask. Well, i was trying to avoid going if i didn't need to right away. Poor customer service.
