it's too bad people are stopping from buying at stores like Best Buy you can touch and feel and ask questions and get the right products. I recommend stopping by and shopping. they also have great perks
Poor customer service. Bought security camaras and had some issues with them recording so I stopped I knew they closed at 8 but it was 730 and after talking to the person at the front door he said they closed at 8 that he could make me a appointment the next day to talk to someone. If your open till 8 I don't understand why I couldn't get service
friendly service, knowledgeable staff
After calling and speaking with Michael, who told me they had what I was looking for in stock, I drove 80 mi round trip for nothing.
EDIT: @bestbuy - I dont do online ordering. Which is why I called. Nor do I do social media so this is the only response you're going to get.
