Bought an Open box - Excellent headphone, drove an hour to pick it as it is out if stock around me to find out it is a heavily used product. Requested to speak to the Supervisor and tbe lady’s response was, “it is what it is, if you would like to, you can cancel the order”. I expressed my disappointment with the order and she just repeated the same thing. I clarified that the best buy website for the product says that an excellent open box is supposed to be brand new without scratches and she responded that I am reading a generic description and not tailored to the product. Gosh! No apologies, not owning that the mistake was on their end. Worst experience with a best buy ever. Would give -5 stars if I could.

Very disappointed. Purchased an AC and it was defective so I had to return it. Total waste of time. Went to write a review about the defective unit and Best Buy won't allow me to do so. So, all the reviews on their website are skewed. Nothing like inconveniencing your customers and defending shoddy manufacturers who make garbage products. I won't be shopping here again.

Walked in, bought new computer, 2nd monitor and printer. Went to pay and guess the wrong printer was under the lower price tag because it was a $100 increase! Guy went to go find the correct printer- guess what, not in stock. So now having it shipped to the house. My boss who was with me was not happy it took over 45 minutes to get and pay for the items...but he is adamant about time efficiency and was irritated how long the checkout took and the attempts of upsetting.
