I will give it one store for their inventory, but I would give zero stars for their customer service. Needed to buy an expensive piece of equipment and stood in front of it for more than 30 minutes and not a single person asked me if I needed help. A couple of sales people walked by, but they looked like they did not want to actually have to work — and studiously avoided eye contact. Unfortunately, this has been typical of this Frisco store in the past. I don’t think I’ll be back here.
A well spaced and clean store. I was able to find what was needed. Helpful and informative staff, and they are not pushy.
I went to buy a sound bar. I had no idea what I wanted. The salesperson was very helpful and suggested an about $300 soundbar. I took it home, installed it, but it did not work correctly. I called the manufacturer ( Samsung) and it was decided that it was defective. I took the unit back to the store where they without question nor hassle took it back. I then went back and another person helped me find another soundbar. I bought it and took it home, installed it and found out it was a great sound bar (Sony) with very clear sound and bass. Well it should have been, it was about $800! 🌝 While it was too bad that I got a bad unit to start with, I have to say all the store personnel were great in returning and finding another sound bar.
