Do not shop at any best buy stores!
We spent over $6,000 over the Christmas holiday.
The item purchased is defective. I’ve been given the runaround in everything from who fixes it to a refund. You can’t get a hold of anyone at the store. Instead you get transferred to somewhere in India.
Best Buy has no customer service. Give your money to someone who cares about their customers.
