I could not be more pleased with this store management. I purchased a display model 85” tv a couple of weeks ago. It worked fine in store, the employees wrapped it in bubble wrap and loaded it into the car. We unloaded it that same night and put it in the living room. We didn’t unwrap it or bother setting it up as we were leaving for vacation in a couple of days. We got back from vacation a couple of days ago and decided to unwrap the tv and begin set up. When we powered it on we were horrified to see that the screen had busted. We were disgusted thinking we had just lost over a thousand dollars… we don’t know when the screen broke. It very well could have broke when it was being loaded or when we were unloading it moving a tv that large is difficult. I took it back to this store scared to death there would be nothing they could do. Michael the store manager came to look and explained that they don’t take back broken tv’s, however he said he would go see what he could do. To my surprise he came back and offered a solution as I am a Best Buy Member. He allowed me to trade in the tv for in store credit towards a new tv. I could not be more thankful for Micheal and his store management style. This is the first time I have felt like a valued customer at a retail store in a long time. This Best Buy has earned my business from here on out. I highly recommend this store and becoming a Best Buy Member!

I went to Best Buy to inquire about a refund on a item I returned days ago that I had not been credited for I asked for the manager after the greeter at the door was rude to me, when the manager showed up his name is Dennis he is the night manager, he went out of his way to be rude to me and even used profanity! What kind of operation are you running here? Hopefully upper management will see this review and do something about the inappropriate employees they have working there.

Best buy is a great company however in the Hot springs area are Best buy leaves much to be desired they don't ever have anything that they say they're going to have nothing is ever available when they say it's going to be their trade-in policies or laughable that being said they are still a full corporation who's ease of use one could take advantage of easily for the things Best buy does have available you can get it effortlessly
