There are plenty of staff but none ask if you need help. You have to go grab someone, usually talking to a buddy, to help. It's frustrating .

I’ve had consistently good experiences at this Best Buy. The associates are attentive and always offer help when they see you looking for something, which makes shopping here much easier. Overall, a solid store with friendly staff.
Still the go-to place for electonics
