I go for the nostalgia of the 90s and early 2000s. They've struggled to keep current and relevant. This store has seen it all.
It’s hard to believe how nice the young people were at this store. I was trying to buy a pop socket which nobody buys anymore, but I still like. They helped me find not one but two, because I managed to destroy the first one I bought. when I brought the mangled one back to the store, they showed me how to install it properly.
This is hardly the first time the folks in the store have been this nice. They are always very kind and help you figure out how to use the products they’re selling. I certainly appreciate that.
Was very helpful in switching to a new carrier and giving info on a new phone. E cellent
The phone answering system is terrible. The AI hung up on me twice when trying to ask it to look up an item, then a third time when asking to talk to a person, it then acknowledges your request and then ask again about the item, followed by another hang up once you say the item. I dont see how Best Buy can deem AI as better customer service. Hire actual people and pay them a living wage and you wouldnt have to waste money on terrible AI that turns away customers. Invest in your employees and they will invest in your business. Pay your employees as if they dont matter then your business wont matter to them. Hence why yall cant keep good employees.
