I had a really frustrating experience today at Best Buy. I went to the store to pick up a GoPro Media Mod that had already been price matched online. Since I needed a second one, I asked if they could simply match the same price again for the exact same item.
The employees told me they couldn’t do it in person and that I had to submit another request online instead even though I was standing right there, ready to buy. It made no sense and felt like unnecessary red tape.
I came to the store expecting convenience, but instead I left annoyed. If a price match was already approved for the same product, it shouldn’t be this complicated to get a second one at the same price. Very disappointing experience.
