How do I check product availability at the Killeen Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Killeen Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Came in to request a phone replacement bc I have apple care through T-Mobile they guy said he couldn’t help me or order a phone for me bc I didn’t make appointment and couldn’t help me until 5:40 pm or I can drive to Austin they could help me down there. There were no customers around at the Geek squad desk so I don’t understand why they couldn’t help me out me order a phone replacement.

Purchased an open box good condition TV
Called and messaged Best Buy to insure the TV was not a display unit and was promised by both representatives that it was not a display TV. Rent a uhaul and drive an hour and a half to pick up the TV. Just to be informed that it is a display TV and came with 0 accessories. Bestbuy needs to send me a new TV at the same price or I will be taking them to small claims court.
