I can't applaud your organization enough about the caliber of employees you have. First, I am mobility impaired. I walked into your store today around pm, and the gentleman who greeted me at the door was able to get another employee to bring the item I wanted down to the front, so I wouldn't have to walk to the back of the store. I wish I had gotten his name, but he was extremely kind. courteous and helpful. He said he had been with your company for 18 years.
But the biggest situation I want to compliment you on is another employee by the name of Miguel. He saw that I was having a little trouble getting off of the huge curb in front of your store and asked if he could help me. Not only did he help me off the curb, he walked with me all the way back to my truck with my hand on his arm so that I wouldn't fall. He carried my purchase as well. He did this without being asked and was a very pleasant young man. I can't thank him enough for helping me walk to my truck, keeping me from falling. I hope you will recognize Miguel for this act of kindness.
With employees like these, I will always continue to frequent thr Killeen Best Buy store! Thanks again.
Computer Geek squad was awesome, actually saved me some money. Car alarm installation service lady was awesome. Microsoft guys thought they knew the answers to my questions before I even asked them. They insisted I go through their problem solving steps. Didn't work! I then had to go back even further to redirect their attention to my issue. I gave up and walked away. Went and asked Mgr. if I could speak with car alarm installer technician. She listened, understood, and we solved the problem. Thank you for listening!
