Order an open box TV “good condition. Pick up the night before. Go home take off the wrap ,no remote and the screen was chipped off and cracked right in the middle of the top of the tv. It was past the closing time so have to wait the next moring . Dont know that happen at the store or during the time driving home . Not sure is it close to closing time, they didnt wrap too good. Swear to god didnt hit or drop it. When get to the store the very next morning to show them the tv.first thing they say “oh no we cant take the tv, because we cant sell it any more. Then a guy I think its general manager was at the front even comment “ the fact that you broke the screen and have the nerve to bring the tv back here to return”. I was shock . They tried to accused me of breaking the screen. We used to buy brand new sealed Tv before at different retailer store . When go home-opened the box, the screen was cracked . But Had no issue with return and refund. After helplessly trying to explain , I end up surrender the tv there and walk home without anything. I will not buy anything from this store nor from Best buy in general.
Limited stock on most things and spread out over several areas, and new items were out of stock.

My fridge died so I bought a replacement that was going to take 10 days for delivery. When the day arrived, I had not received a confirmed delivery time so I called the local number. I got the national custom service number who proceeded to tell me that the delivery was not going to happen due to a problem on their end. Then they asked to reschedule for 10 days further out. They had my money for the fridge and delivery and haul away. I expressed my concern that my delivery was not being prioritized, even as a member of their annual, fee drive, program that supposedly gave me perks. I opined that it would be better for me to take my business elsewhere which resulted in the offer of my picking up the fridge myself.
It wasn't ideal as I am almost 65 and manhandling a fridge into my house was not my first choice. Still, it was the best option so that's what I did.
My dissatisfaction with Best buy is 3 fold. 1) They failed to live up to their agreement. 2) I cannot call my local store to confirm what national customer service is accurate. 3) National customer service is incompetent at best, deceptive at worst. 4) They did nothing to make amends. It cost $200 for a rental truck and assistance to get the fridge into my kitchen. I remember when companies would do more than just say, "Sorry" like a child.
I will be looking for a new vendor.
