Santiago was most helpful in helping my husband and I pick our new washer and dryer, he went through each brand and explained pros and cons of each. Santiago even compared the cost of the set we were purchasing at other stores to get us the best deal. I appreciate his time and knowledge of all brands we were considering, he was patient and nice through the whole process.
Chris the manager wouldn't honor the price listed on there tag on an open box computer monitor. Then tried to act like giving 15 dollars off was a fair deal. How is a company still trying to make it as one price ($115) and it shows up as almost double at the register ($199). When asked for another manager or corporates information Chris was rude and confrontational. Will be reaching out to corporate about the bait and switch pricing this location has going on
