I just wanted to leave a review for Robel, he was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I came into Best Buy stressed out about my electronics and left stress free. He took the time to walk me through my issues, very patient and very knowledgeable.
Best Buy figured out how to thrive in the world of Amazon, and I use it frequently, with the membership. Prices are comparable to any online source, customer service and training are good, and returns and exchanges are trivial.
The door greeter immediately asked if I needed any help & the had someone meet me in the are in which I did need help. Then I had 2 other people offer to help me after we were finished. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.
Fairly acceptable store, but the employees always creep me out. I recently went for a repair order, and they looked at, then treated me like I was autistic. If you can't fix it, or do your job, or even offer an explanation or any details, well I'm not coming back; especially when there's much better stores!
