Ariga Went Above and Beyond—Amazing Customer Service!
We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service Ariga provided at Best Buy. After being displaced by the fires, the last thing we needed was more stress, but unfortunately, we encountered extreme difficulty with Best Buy’s phone customer service while trying to replace a defective refrigerator we had purchased. Frustrated and exhausted, we went into the store, and that’s when Ariga completely turned things around.
She was compassionate, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the replacement we needed. She navigated the process with efficiency and professionalism, making what had been a nightmare experience into a smooth and stress-free resolution.
