The staff here seem completely unmotivated and uninterested in working. When you pay in cash, the cashier acts like they’ve never seen a hundred-dollar bill and has to call the supervisor or the manager. I’ve been to many Best Buys, but this one really needs urgent training for its employees. There’s barely any stock, and they try to push you to buy items and pick them up at another store. I prefer the Burbank location. I won’t be coming back to this one.

Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, but he also took the time to explain all the features and compare different options without making me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. Vahe’s professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made my visit one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store because of the excellent customer service.
