Reasonable prices and good stocks
Terrible customer service. Employees make themselves looks busy when there just sitting doing nothing❗️
Recently had a phone broken that I bought two or three months over a year ago. Went to the best buy store, went to geek squad and asked them what can we do to fix the phone. They said they couldn't do anything unless we bought the membership for ~200$. Two days later, we came back with the membership and then they refused to help at all saying to call the best buy customer support number. The negligence and complete carelessness of the geek squad surprised me. I was thinking they would try to help, but instead they refused to do anything, even after spending ~200$ on their Best Buy Total membership. I called the best buy customer support and they can't do anything either. The whole customer support is a joke and it's always referrals to other referrals. I'm actively resolving this issue and I am shocked at how horrid this customer service is.
