I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Best Buy location. I came to pick up an order I had placed online, and unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. No one offered any assistance, and my presence was largely ignored.
When I finally received my item, the box was damaged, old, and dirty—completely unacceptable, especially since this was meant to be a gift for a family member. I kindly asked if I could exchange it for a better condition box, but instead of support, I was met with an eye roll and was told there was no other option available. The attitude felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I hope Best Buy takes customer service and product presentation more seriously in the future.
