Pretty good most of the time for what I need. Only reason 4 star is sometimes things are out of stock at the A map location and end up having to go to the B best buy location.

The staff here is friendly and helpful! I always come to this store cuz I can get in and out pretty quick and get that I want most of the time.

Went in to get my wife. A phone specifically told the man at the door that she needed to buy a new phone so we were going over to the phone area. She walked around and around and around and nobody offered to help. She then parked herself in front of the display phones and still no one bothered to help. The man at the door finally asked if we needed him to call someone from r help but at this point it was clear this store didn't want our money because paying attention to their own personal cell phones was more important.

Need to go back to old customer service values where automated systems are not the only form of communication when calling the store. There are simply not questions an automated system can answer.......
