Best place to buy electronics if you have total tech. If not then I guess go to Costco but they don't have the selection best buy does. When we got best buy has something for everyone in the family and that's why it get 5 Stars from me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Best Buy. I purchased a TV four weeks ago and even opened a Best Buy credit card specifically for this purchase. My delivery and installation appointment was scheduled for June 15 between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. To prepare for the installation, I took a day off work and paid movers to remove my old TV and make room for the new one. At 2:30 PM, I received a call stating that the delivery team was on the way. Then, at 3:30 PM, after I had spent the entire day waiting, I received another call informing me at 3:20 the TV was not available and that I would need to schedule a new appointment. How does a company confirm a delivery window, tell the customer the team is on the way, and only afterward discover that the product is unavailable? This complete lack of communication and planning wasted my time, I took a day off from work, I payed the movers to move my furniture today and left me without the TV I had been expecting for weeks. I expected much better service from a company of this size. This experience has been incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Evan of Best Buy Farmington Performed a Box Transplant and Saved the World Cup This week I learned there are two kinds of "sorry, we don't have a box for this TV." Kind #1: A certain beloved warehouse club I've shopped at my whole life sold me a gorgeous floor-model TV, slid it boxless into my truck, and waved goodbye. It arrived home with a lightning bolt of doom down the screen. Dead before its first match. Somewhere, the TV gods wept. Kind #2: Best Buy Farmington. Evan found me an open-box gem at a killer price — which ALSO had no box, and the store was fresh out of spares. Did Evan shrug and load it naked into my truck like the last place? He did not. Evan located a cheaper returned TV, harvested ITS box like a transplant surgeon, wrapped my screen in bubble wrap with the care of a man packing his grandmother's china, and sent me home in a fully armored Frankenbox. Cody the manager and Simeon ran support like a Formula 1 pit crew. Same problem. Two stores. Opposite species of effort. I got home TEN MINUTES before kickoff. Screen flawless. Picture gorgeous. Marriage intact. This is my third TV from Best Buy and the first time an employee performed surgery to get it home safe. Evan: the star of this story. Cody and Simeon: the supporting cast every hero needs. Tonight's nachos are dedicated in your honor, gentlemen. ⚽📺📦
