Best Buy broke my refrigerator 1 hour after I bought it. I saw an open box item and it looked great. I bought it. The manager Jake called me back an hour later to say that when they were packing it up to ship it, they let it fall forward, snapping the door off. That manager Jake said that it was their fault. Sam the store manager blamed their dolly equipment. I spent the next 24 hrs elevating the issue to Best Buy corporate and various in-store managers. No one wanted to give me any other solution other than a refund or give me a different model which would not fit our space. I got swindled into the Total Care package as well which gave me no special treatment. In the end, Sam cancelled my order and selected "buyer's remorse" as the reason for the return even though there was an option for "store error." After that was done, he slid me my receipt and proceeded to browse through his phone with no eye contact. Best Buy just lost a 25-year customer after that despicable experience.

Excellent place to get all your electronic needs!
Pretty good most of the time for what I need. Only reason 4 star is sometimes things are out of stock at the A map location and end up having to go to the B best buy location.
