I got what I wanted, associate was helpful. Could brush up on his sales a little but over all was a good experience.
Did a pick up for opened box TV. The “box” was three smaller boxes from other smaller tvs held together by two pieces of plastic, no tape or warning it was loosely wrapped. They put it in the back of my truck(the wrong way) to where one of the boxes would catch the wind as I’m driving down the highway and flew off nearly causing a wreck.
Call customer service and Edgar only has this to say “I don’t know what to say … it wasn’t our fault”. Tried to call the store, but apparently you can’t call the store directly.
