The employees were very helpful.
Do NOT fall for any add on packages. Had purchased a laptop for college courses this spring, back in October. I was told I should buy a Microsoft 365 to help with any school work. I told them I would pass as my school would most likely provide it for me. The salesperson assured me that if I pass on this offer and my school doesn't provide 365 it wouldn't be as cheap as it would be with this package, and if the school would provide me 365 and I had not activated it, that I could bring it back and get a refund. So, against my judgement, I bought the package thinking I wouldn't have to worry about it being unnecessary. Well surprise, surprise. School started this week, gave me 365, and I hadn't activated the 365 from Best Buy. Receipt in hand came back to return 365 and was told I could not return it. So I now have a useless 365 card and Best Buy is $69.99 richer. I can't see myself returning to make any future purchases. So as a warning to anyone DO NOT BUY ANY ADD ON PACKAGES.
