Completely disappointed, I had an appointment at 10:20 today (Monday)
To have my computer looked at as I could not get it to recognize my phone in I-Tune
The young lady at the geek squad desk could not give me specific answers and told me to go through a 3d party.
I brought the computer home and my wife had it completely resolved in 15 minutes!
Tell me again why I should pay $179.00 a year for total tech just to get elusive and vague answers ? I’m canceling my total tech immediately……. What happened to knowledgeable techs

Small selection, however I found a product that would work. Higher price, but the priced matched. Great customer service. They were not as knowledgeable as they should have been. In the end it all worked out and we got a decent price.
