Very friendly and helpful staff. Saved me a lot of money with a better solution for my purchase needs.
Stopped in the Oshkosh store on Tuesday 11/11/2025 with the intention of purchasing 2025 13”IPAD for around 1250.00. When I went inside there was just a few customers looking around and I did notice 3 employees standing around on their cell phones just talking. I went over to the Apple display to verify what I had looked online ( I live 40 miles away) and to touch and feel it, also thought about the 15” MacBook laptop so I looked at that also. Couldn’t find anyone to help me after about 5 minutes so I walked over to an employee and showed him my phone with the IPAD and Laptop I wanted to purchase and asked if he these in stock. He looked at me and said quite rudely that he had a customer and someone else could help me. There was nobody around so I said guess I will go somewhere else which I drove to Costco another 20 miles and purchased the IPad for me, the laptop for my daughter and 2 extended warranty’s. Won’t be shopping at Best Buy in Oshkosh anymore. I’m also an BEST BUY CARDMEMBER.
