Really under staffed. There was only two associates and they were all busy with other costumers. When I was able to be helped they were very kind and helpful tho. Definitely need to hire more people like they use to have

This place has really gone down hill. The service is terrible. I was in there and they were a bunch of employees standing around and talking to each other and not helping costumers and when a girl finally came over I asked her why they were just standing there talking. Turns out it was mangment and the place is actually under staffed

Your manager Amy is extremely rude. No wonder this store has terrible reviews. If you allow a manager to be like that then employees will be. Do better Best Buy, shop at Walmart !
