I was there yesterday with my daughter and the associate named Logan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I asked for directions twice and both times he knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning when I am shopping for my son or my husband. Very satisfied with the customer service.
Just stop in to Best Buy intending to purchase a printer. Oshkosh WI, looked at printers expecting a rep to assist, 3 within shouting distance and no acknowledged can I help you. Was there 15 minutes and no assistance so now left the store will see what Staples or Walmart have to offer in answering questions. No wonder your stores are closing

Waited 15 minutes for help after asking for assistance, was told to wait. No one showed up for a couple basic questions. Bought $300 earbuds on Amazon instead. Surprised they are still in business. Signed a former fan. Oct 29, 2024, 5pm, Oshkosh.

Bought a laptop, it worked one time and now it won't power on. I live out of town so I want to call Best Buy in Oshkosh first to see if they have a replacement in stock (I made the mistake of trusting what it says they have online too many times). You could spend an 8 hour day trying to get ahold of the actual store in Oshkosh if you have a problem but the store is unreachable by phone. Customer support told me this on the phone after 2 hours of trying right before she hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. I think this was the last straw, this recently happened with my sons gaming PC and Amazon had a new one to us the next day at no cost before we even sent the old one back. Wish I could give zero stars, good by best buy!
