Best buy in general. Received an order online from Best Buy and they never checked that it was formatted properly or ready to go. It's an expensive paperweight. Finally got a supervisor who said he would send me a replacement 2 days later. Only to find that it was cancelled and nobody sent me any notifications. It's for my son and telling him that the one that arrived doesn't work and then trying to find out why the replacement didn't even arrive is incredibly frustrating. Then another agent telling me so sorry it was cancelled and they have to wait to receive and process a return to do a replacement. Then just leaving because call center closed. What?!? Terrible customer service! I will not be going to best buy or ordering online with them anymore. Thankfully other places typically have better deals these days.

I had a dishwasher for a little over a year and the product began to leak. Geek squad came out within a week to inspect the issue, but had to return to change the door out due to a seal. However when they returned a week later to change the door, they noticed the latch was updated and could not close the door. They set up a following appointment then the next week… they replaced the latch but never secured the dishwasher and they left without ensuring the door closed. They returned same day after I called them directly to tell them to do so. They tried to center the dishwasher and scratched the control panel and failed to center it. They claimed they would send a new install team out to fix the issue.
Now it has been 4 weeks and the dishwasher is damaged, leaking, off center, and customer service and the rep keep redirecting the issue with no result.

Keshawn went above and beyond. I went to the appleton location and I won't go back so I headed to oshkosh. Keshawn was extremely helpful and definitely gave me hope in Best buy again. His customer service was superb. Strongly recommend skipping the appleton store and going Oshkosh.
