Went in for gaming controller for my child, cashier in yellow with glasses, blonde hair, asked if I loved my son? I said yes of course. Then cashier proceeded to say, well then if you love him i would suggest the warranty. What kind of crap is that Bestbuy?
Maybe train your POS employees better!

Thank you for sharing your concerns with the warranty pitch by the employee at the Oshkosh, WI Best Buy. We can understand that the approach of the consultant in store can be difficult. They may have meant that controllers tend to wear down quickly over time, and it would be great to have the added protection so that if it stops working you can bring it into the store for a replacement and not worry about the cost of a new remote later.
