I went into best buy tonight to buy a computer for college, and was graced by the presence of tech genius Andrew. With his knowledge and power I was able to find the right computer for my major. If I do well in college and go to medical school to become a doctor, it will be all thanks to him. Thank you Andrew the Great.

ZERO STARS. Why cant I call and speak to a customer service rep instead of some AI virtual nonsense ZERO STARS!!!! BUY ON AMAZON !!!! ITS A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL ALL BEST BUY LOCATIONS WILL BE COMPLETELY OUT OF BUSINESS AND GOOD REDDENS!!! THEY HAVE ZERO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. IM SURE THEY DO NOT TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES WELL EITHER.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I waited over 25 minutes for assistance and asked several times if someone could help me. Despite that, employees continued helping other customers who arrived after me. I understand that stores can get busy, but better communication and customer service would have made a big difference. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.
