The store is understaffed, though there are two greeters by the doors. Cars are parked in handicapped spaces, one is parked right by the entrance, there's no enforcement. A single man works all the appliances, he's knowledgeable and friendly, but if he's in the middle of a customer order, you're out of luck for the next 15 minutes

The AI agent is The most infuriating thing to deal with when you're trying to just ask a simple question about a product and policy you guys sell. Get rid of that garbage nobody wants to talk to an AI agent

Came in today to get my husband a tv for fathers day. At first we couldnt find someone to answer his questions then along came Josh and answered all my husbands questions. And he got his new tv. I felt bad because he stayed after closing to help us. So a huge thank you to Josh for amazing customer service. As a manager myself I truly value amazing employees who go out of their way.
