Best Buy Blossom Hill

Very displeased by what I witnessed at this best buy on April 17th I had been waiting in line outside the store since 4pm for the pokemon card release on saturday April 18th. Around 8 o'clock 4 individuals walked out of the best buy and flaunted that they had acquired the pokemon cards set to release the next day early. With this in mind the customers who had been lined up outside patiently waiting for release became upset and went inside the store to purchase pokemon cards themselves. Upon entering the store an employee came out i believe by the name of Orlando and began to yell at the top of his lungs towards the customers( very unprofessional ) and towards another employee using profanity and threatening the other employee. this display of unprofessionalism makes me question their recruitment strategy. I understand people appearing in your store at the hour would be frustrating and irritating. But the level of unprofessionalism and anger is unfathomable , the scene that employee had caused is amazing that they still work there. And im so sorry to the employee who had gotten yelled at for this he was only trying to help settle the crowd down i hope that he didnt suffer any repercussions for that incident.

Excellent experience at the Blossom Hill location. Worked with associate named Tom in purchasing a new laptop. Above and beyond in terms of professionalism and honesty.

I always tend miss the turn in this place. And it's the only way in. Close to the hwy entrance so it tends to get a lot of traffic.
