Best Buy is a horrible store. I tried to call to see if they had a product for me to demo at the store, but instead of being connected directly to the store I was brought to a gentleman in India who had no idea what was going on in the store. I was then transferred to another gentleman who also is in India who had no clue. The issue is all I needed was one person at the store to talk to. I just needed to know if they had a demo product so I could go down and spend my nearly $1000 on the item. The store itself may be great but I will never know because I could not talk to one person there. In the end I guess capitalism is destined to fail because of the greed of corporate america.

customer service is literally shit here. Basically the staff don't care. It almost felt like I was walking into a DMV and playing a game of revolving agents. I just wanted to buy a product which was locked and they sent to over to 3 places and left me hanging for 20 mins and no one attended. Screw this location
