Do not buy major appliances from Best Buy. This is not the brand & store you think it is any more. I was used to be a fan of their high quality service which is why I chose to buy a whole new set of appliances for my new house from them, despite Costco had better pricing. Wrong decision! Instead of the seamless professional service I experienced before, a third-party company called many times and insisted to see photos of my house and asked me questions that is beyond a consumer knowledge, saying if I am not ready they can’t do the job?! The store management said they tried to help but had to escalate to 1888bestbuy, then, received “this is how we do things” from the specialist. Lessons learnt. If you want the experience I received for a big appliance order, buy from BestBuy and enjoy.
