Everyone we spoke with were very nice and helpful. We had an unusual issue and were referred to Sam and Nick. They went above and beyond helping us, even looking our vehicle up on the internet to try and solve our issue. Thank you gentlemen. Great job!

The gentleman that helped us was very nice.
However, we drove 1 hour and 12 minutes to purchase a tv last night. Opened the box this morning and it’s missing the owners manual, power cord and remote!
This WAS NOT an open box purchase. This was a brand new tv.
When I called the number for the store it directed me to a sales person. He said the only solution is for me to drive 1 hour and 12 minutes BACK to the store.
DO NOT PURCHASE ELECTRONICS HERE!!!!!
