Went in there to buy an unlocked iPhone. There was no one else being helped in the phone area when we got there. Told the gentleman there that we needed an iPhone, unlocked, but because it was unlocked he said that needed someone else to come and help us. It took over twenty minutes with, again, very little foot traffic, and still nothing. And a lot of employees walking around doing whatever they were doing. Finally I called one over and explained that I've been waiting for over twenty minutes for someone to come and help us with this purchase. The person he said could help us was with someone else. So he said he would find someone else to help us and walked off. A couple of minutes later the person who he had said could help us came and got us what we wanted. The entire transaction was less than five minutes. But I should've have to flag someone down in order to be helped. Not should it take that long. That's*terrible service.* Especially with so many employees walking around and no one coming to ask if we have been helped. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes at Nebraska Furniture Mart on Black Friday buying an unlocked iPhone for my friend. Literally*the next day,* at best buy it took almost thirty minutes with barely any customers in the area. That is atrocious.

I had a disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. Several employees were standing around but no one offered to help, even after I asked multiple times. I understand stores get busy, but basic customer service was completely missing. I hope management can address this so future customers have a better experience.

Went to checkout said I want two seperate transactions the car charger by itself and the rings by itself and to use my $10 certificate with it. Instead they got put together in one transaction. Was weary of the car charger not working since I've had an issue with it in the past. It didn't work. So when going back in to see about a solution I was promised the $10 certificate from would go back into the account in 5 business days and then I could repurchase the rings then. The $10 certificate disappeared from them being unable to fix the issue saying they could only return them both. Just told the line of $10 certificate will go back in 5 business days and it did not. Never got the $10 certificate won in McDonald's Monopoly back and so I didn't get the rings because the cashier didn't listen about the two seperate transactions.
