Needed help with memory on my tablet and those folks fixed me up.
SERIOUS SAFTEY CONCERN WITH BEST BUY EMPLOYEE: Bad experience with employee [Mo] today during my visit to pick up an item I ordered. I was crossing the parking lot to get to the front door and he was driving into work. He rolled up fast on me and my little one [7 yrs old] to the point that one little mistake and he could have run us over. I confronted him and his manager about the incident: Mo - didn't care, and basically blew it off like I had the wrong guy. Jon - said he will speak with the employee, but nothing he can do about what happened at their front door and given that the employee was not clocked in. I disagree with this, only because in today's world if someone makes a serious mistake outside of work the employer has the ability to hold them accountable to THEIR CORE VALUES.
