Guy at front is a gem and the only reason it’s not 1 star he seems to care. Nothing you see in the show room is in stock. I had cash in hand but they said it’s a week to ship then I have to come get it. Went to Lowe’s and had it same day.

Customer service was just not there, we have visited other locations and the service at this location was just not there, though an AT&T rep made an attempt to get us help, at the end even he was unsuccessful as the employees did not want to be bother

Best Buy was ok I guess but the delivery service they have is horrible.
