Geek Squad Manager Bri O. did a very good job of removing the hard drive and taking in my old Fujitsu laptop for refurbishment.

Consultation Agent, Erick B did a very good job evaluating three old desktop PCs and disabled the hard drives on two of them and handled the take in on refurbishing those devices. He also provided service and advise on two other laptops during the consult appointment.

No matter which best buy I go to, I always regret ever going because of their horrible customer service. Best Buy has been incorrectly charging me $15 AppleCare monthly charge for a phone I traded in two years ago. After three weeks of getting the run around by their apathetic outsourced/overseas customer service, they ultimately refused to refund the incorrect charges. These crooks are perfectly okay with robbing me of $315 , nevermind the tens of thousands of dollars in appliances and electronics that I have spent over the years with this company. Even worse, they canceled the AppleCare for one of my other iphones which I never asked them to do and now I have no way of getting that AppleCare back. Absolutely horrific, incompetent, and dishonest customer service. NEVER AGAIN. They have lost me as a customer for life.

Asked to be helped when looking for a laptop, no one came for 20 minutes. Finally just left.
