Customer service is not knowledgable on return policies, so do your research online before coming here for a return/purchase (I wouldn’t trust their Geek Squad “experts” in this store either after this experience). The associate helping with returns provided me false information regarding my MyBestBuy certificate and said I would get the certificate credit back after I returned a product. I wanted to be sure before returning the product (iPhone 17 Pro Max screen protector) & the associate there confirmed to me twice and reassured me I would get back my certificate credit. I never got it back in my account, and the online customer service said they cannot do anything and when asked to raise a complaint, the online associate acted like he was going to help me with it but ended the call soon and never called back. He said to reach out to the in-store manager but didn’t provide a direct email/phone, & the in-store employees never pick up the phone listed on the Best Buy website for this store.
This place needs better training, so I recommend going to the Stonebriar Best Buy (Frisco, TX) or Park Lane (Dallas, TX) as they are much knowledgable.

Useless store greeters. When I entered the store I was greeted but the greeter didn't have answers to my question and seemed to be bothered by me asking questions. I was directed to the customer service window instead. I do not think there is point of having greeters if they are not friendly or cannot answer customers questions
