Joshua helped us get a TV and ps5. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. If his boss sees this, he needs to raise and promotion.
Go to Microcenter or Amazon if you can.
The girl handling the return process was very rude and showed no hint of customer service. After that, I decided to purchase another phone, but no one attended to me. After waiting several minutes, I approached an employee walking by and asked for help. He said, "Yes, I'll send someone to assist you," but no one ever showed up.
Later, I saw another employee passing by and asked for assistance. He immediately responded, "I'm not available; I just came back from lunch. You can talk to that guy over there." That "guy over there" turned out to be an employee casually chatting with a vendor. I explained what I needed, and he eventually went to the warehouse to get my order.
While waiting, I noticed the first employee I had asked for help earlier. He was casually chatting with someone else. When he saw me, he approached and asked if anyone had assisted me yet. It seemed obvious he had forgotten about me and only approached to make it seem like he had followed up.
