This location sucks. The employees won’t even help you. I hope this location gets shut down.
I could go up to employees but in sales work you should be approaching guests to ask if they need help. Employees standing around talking to each other waiting to be approached. I could but I could also get my questions answered online. So I’m now leaving and purchasing online. You gotta earn your sales and you lost Mine

Super fast. Quickly got in and out of the store for a pick up.
Purchased a large flat screen. It wouldn't fit in the bed of my truck, so they called an ambulance and delivered it the following day without a fee. Cost someone, but not me. The customer service representative was professional and knowledgeable. I walked through the store waiting for them to adjust the delivery and said hello to a few clerks. Friendly and not avoiding me. Didn't give them 5 stars because we all have places to improve. 4 is Good. Met the ATT rep, and she was actually nice and professional. Wished I could recall her name.
