I decided to go into the store to pick up a curbside item. The box looked open, which I pointed out to the young lad at the pick up desk. He was quick to say the actual product wasn’t opened implying I should get over it. Apple prides itself on immaculate boxing so this didn’t sit well with me. I asked for the item to be replaced with one that didn’t look used. He went on to bring another young lad who very confidently mansplained to me that the products within are packaged separately and that the box just held everything together. The first lad went
on to ask me if I after all, was going to keep the box! Again implying that I was asking for too much. He interrupted me several times and asked me not to interrupt him. I saw them roll their eyes and snicker. It was a very unpleasant experience. Eventually a manager came and sorted out the situation. Let’s just say, I’m never buying from this Best Buy - the Lakeline one has much better service from experienced personnel who value their customers.

I get a very good offer just in one product
Superb service! Buy their membership service for at least 1 or 2 years, get Geek Squad support, excellent service, AND They FOUND my Lost smartphone 6 weeks after I accidentally left it in their store!!! Hooray!!!
No complaint about the employees but figure out your inventory management system. A company this big should be able to figure out how to avoid calling me my order will be ready in an hour when you don't even carry the product at that location.
