Tristan the store manager went out of his way to make things right. I bought a 77” TV from a neighboring town location had to rent a van to get it back (it was an open box under excellent condition so it should come with all original components.) However, when coming back and opening the box, I discovered there were missing parts to my TV stand. I go to this location the next day, asking for a partial refund so I can acquire the stand on my own means (since best-buy can’t order parts) Tristan wasn’t able to comp the full price of the stand, went out of his way to look in the back for his store display parts and after multiple visits to the back got me the correct piece. Big thanks to Tristan for going above and beyond to help me and correcting another stores mistake with patience and professionalism. I really his effort and commitment to customer care.
