I would avoid going to this Best Buy if possible. The general manager (Vasilio) is extremely rude and will treat you like you’re trying to scam Best Buy when you’re just trying to return something.
For context, I was told by the Best Buy chat agent I could return a defective item at any Best Buy store. I went to this one to return it. Vasilio, the general manager treated me like I was trying to scam Best Buy by returning the item. He was extremely rude and condescending, told me I couldn’t return the item. When I asked for clarification because I was just told by the chat agent I could return it, he told me that the person “probably isn’t even in America” and he “doesn’t care”. He then said he isn’t going to have a back and forth to explain what happened and walked away.
Very poor customer service. During return process, one of managers named Alejandro tore down the wrap of the item and claimed it has been repackaged to avoid taking it back. Other managers there overruled him and showed him he is wrong. Accusing customer of lying while the item is not even opened during return process was a whole another level of shamelessness that I saw by one of this branch manager.

The absolute worst experience. We came in to buy multiple items for delivery and full set up. We were then told hours later via VM that something was wrong and we would be contacted. 24 hrs later with 5 calls and an online chat with the corporate help line and we still can’t get answer as to what went wrong or have anyone call us back from this store. We cancelled our large order and I will not be giving them our time or money now or in the future.
