Terrible decisions made by a manager. I bought 6 TVs in November but only got around to unpackaging them three months later. One of them was completely smashed inside. I knew I was outside the return window but figured I would explain and hope for the best. The young girl who helped me was super kind, but unable to get approval for a return or replacement. Fair enough. I asked her if she would just throw it away since it was worthless. She said of course before being interrupted by a female manager who said they would have to charge me to dispose of the tv they broke. Unbelievable. I’ve bought over 100 TV’s from this Best Buy, but that busted one will be the last, not because they wouldn’t replace but because they tried to charge me to dispose. Ridiculous

Just got back from best buy in south austin. Was looking for laptop b/c battery in my current one is on its way out. Brad, the manager, was extremely informative and helpful. Clearly an asset to the company. The guy who helped me at the geeksquad counter was great too.

Helpful staff and convenient location. Found what I needed
Worst Best Buy in America. Avoid at all costs. Go anywhere else to buy your large appliances. This place is a nightmare.
