No wonder people don’t shop in person anymore. The customer service was horrible. Couldn’t get anyone to help me and most of the employees were just standing around looking bored on their phones.

Refuse to price match by stating it’s a competitors website issue. 😂 Will never spend another dollar with “Best” Buy.
Response to owner: I chatted into Best Buy X account and they tried to say that this was not a matching product and that it was sold out when they responded to me over 15 hours later, quite laughable. You are an embarrassment if this is a resolution.
