Bought a washer and dryer here and it’s been a total nightmare. Context- we have the Geek Squad/Totaltech coverage. The washing machine has been largely broken for almost a year. Best Buy has sent repair people out 17 times, that’s right, 17 times now. The claim to replace with a new one was denied. What a joke. Have been a long standing customer of Best Buy, Geek Squad/Totaltech, for many years but won’t be shopping here any longer.
If you go with Geek Squad on major appliance purchases expect the insurance company response approach of Delay, Deny, Defend.
