The lady in the cashier area didn't want to help put the phone case on the phone after purchasing. Bad customer service smh🤦♂
Purchase an online order went to pick up wasn’t ready store was damn near empty no reason to have to wait with multiple employees walking around in their cellphones

Most store pickup orders take about an hour to get ready, but there can be additional verifications that must take place that can result in a longer wait. I stopped by this location two times in the last two days and both times I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and assisted. It’s very refreshing to have employees that are helpful instead of ignoring you or being pissed when you ask for help.
Came in a couple times for warrenty trades. I can tell the people here don't like me, but they're really good at not showing that, only bad thing is the waiting line. Other than the lines, I would recommend this best buy.
