I had a wonderful experience. There was a young man, Chris, in the AV department that literally spent 45 minutes with my son and I to purchase a TV. Prior to that one of his colleagues said that he was checking something for us in the stock room and he simply disappeared. We waited around for 10 minutes and realized that we had been ditched. After a few moments Iasked for some help and Chris showed up.Chris actually spent the time to find out what we were planning on using the TV for and then showed us the pros and cons of several models. This is the first time that I have bought a TV and the salesman actually took the time to ask what we were planning on using the TV for and as I had mentioned, discussed the pros and cons of the various models. We did not purchase a TV that was really pricey either. He was also kind enough to help us load the TV in a proper fashion so the screen would not get damaged although it was in new packaging. If you go to this location and need a TV I would recommend that you ask to work with Chris. So far we’re really happy with the TV he recommended. Thank you Chris !
Excellent staff. The layout is not intuitive, but the staff know it well and are very helpful.
Usually when you walk into best buy your surrounded by workers. Here not so much.
Getting ready for a best buy trip is usually a mental game of learning the layout and practicing your evasion skills. Where's the nearest isle? Can you duck and dodge before that worker sees you? Watch out! That isle also has a worker, what do you do?!
Then ya walk into this best buy. Ya got your war plans all prepared. The routes to the items ya want and your evasion skills on point. And....ya walk into the land of no employees.
Like, none. Ya got a cashier and that's it. You would think that's a good thing. Ya can relax right? Wrong!
You go to the item you want and....it's locked up. Now you NEED an employee but your in a deserted landscape. Finding an employee was not a mission you prepared for.
So now you have to spend triple the time you wanted, just hurrying up and waiting. Waiting for the day the employee is free, feeling it'll never come. Is that a gray hair? Has your hair grown 6 inches? Where's that employee? And just as you surrender to the relazation that the employees will never come....one finally shows up.
Your next mission? Find a new best buy to shop at.
