I wasn't able to get the help needed even though a worker said that they'd have someone come over and help me I felt like I wasn't important enough to get the help

We drove to Best By from Bellevue to buy a printer listed as on sale on the Best Buy website, but the store would not pricematch their own website price. With the website price being over $100 off, I am not going to purchase at full price. I should have sat on my couch and ordered my printer from Amazon and saved money and an hour drive.

It's fine, it's a Best Buy. It's not terribly organized, but I presume that's on purpose. Hubs are in two different spots, adapters are in two different spots, SSDs are in two different spots, NVMe housings are by the SATA SSDs, that sorta thing. It's purposely designed this way but I'm not sure why. I'm not saying it was messy, just a... Bizarre layout. The staff was super helpful, although, for how much stuff they have locked up they don't really have enough.

If I could’ve given a zero, I would!! 1-Star Review Extremely disappointing experience. My girlfriend has a Best Buy credit card and has spent well over $20,000 over the years here. She bought a gift 20 days ago and went in for a simple even exchange — not asking for money back, just a different option. She was denied because of the 14-day policy. Fine, policies exist. But the solution offered by Adam at the Dodge street location Omaha NE? Buy a $50 membership, do the exchange, then cancel it tomorrow to get the $50 back. So instead of helping a long-time loyal customer with a reasonable request, the “fix” was to jump through loopholes? That’s not service — that’s nonsense. A courtesy exchange would’ve built loyalty. Instead, this lost it. Best Buy won’t see another dime from her, from me, or from anyone we tell about this experience.
